I wasn't expecting it at all, I opened it and was like what the frick mum you just bought me a pony I don't need a new phone as well.
(I'm getting the 16GB Ipod nano [in red if I have my way] for my birthday as well)

I got the 8GB Purple iPod nano-y thing.

It was hard.
But I have never really worked out on my abs or anything other than my arms and legs so that's probably why...
Then a cardio segment. I liked that, at least I have air on my face so it doesn't get too hot.
Even though I was sweating at the end.

Tantric Toning...kinda like a slower cardio...which is what I should be doing.
