The strangest Halloween treats thread.

Probably not too wierd but my DS9 was able to choose between play-doh or a can of soda. He chose the soda.

My daughter was SO happy not to get any of those crappy little cans of play doh this year!!! She would have chosen the can of soda for sure!!

My dd got a cd that says Get Acquinted with GET CLEAN. The lady has her name and number on the back. It is about replacing household cleaners with green ones.

This year like every year my kids got the holey roller million dollar bill but in addition to that they got these little booklets titled "are you a good person"

I was handing out candy and saw a can of Friskies cat food in one of the kid's bags. I asked who's giving out cat food and she said the lady down the street asked if she has a cat at home and gave her a can of cat food in addition to candy.

three kids....daughter dressed as Jesse, youngest son a hot dog, oldest dressed as Kiss drummer, Peter Criss. My oldest got a copy of the New Testament. He was singled out.......I have been laughing non-stop over this. My son did not get it , he said....Mom, I think that guy gave me a bible.

My kids got free passes to the bowling alley. This is the first time they have ever gotten those. They are really excited!

Or maybe they ran out of Candy. I know I was looking around my house for something to give, we ran out of Candy at 7 an hour earlier than last year and I had put together enough bags for the same as last year.

Well, nothing strange was given out here. However, we stopped by my sister's house because she wanted to see the kid's costumes. For some reason, she wasn't giving out candy . As a joke, my dd took a can of baked beans out of the pantry and put it in her bag. We all got a laugh. I took a picture and put it on facebook with a caption that dsis was being stingy with the candy this year

Hasn't he seen Family Guy? A real Kiss fan would never dress up as Peter Criss!

I bet they all looked great! My kids got one of those brochures before and it was from their Great Grandmother.

Its funny to see what people thought was the "good" stuff. My nine year old son loved the playdoh he got!

The weirdest thing we got was at one house they had the light on and whenever someone would walk up to the house they would go on and on about how horrible Halloween was and kids begging for candy was rude and all kinds of stuff. My son just stood there and listened until the guy was done then walked back to me standing on the sidewalk and told me what happened, then laughed when we walked away and said "wow, I know its Trick or Treat but I thought the Trick part was a joke"
