The Sopranos final episodes (SPOILERS!!!)

I think Tony took great glee in showing Bobby what he can do to him if he wanted. Seeing Bobby sweat. Sure, you can beat me in a fist fight but I can drive you to the woods and whack you if I want. I'm da boss!

Did anyone else thing Bobby face was more swollen when they met with the Canadians than before? I thought that maybe Tony pulled over somewhere and slapped him around a bit.

I thought it was an OK episode as well and so glad no dreams...

I will say I really doubt they would NOT show us a scene that had someone getting slapped around!!!

I thought Bobby looked heavier than last season and Steve S has been on Leno quite a bit as a Celebrity Reporter and he appears to be much thinner on recent Leno's than he was on Sopranos tonight.

Well, I liked that episode a lot. It was all about family, and not much about the mob. But as long as you find the family stuff interesting at all, it was great.

DW was disappointed though; she's wants to see mob action.

I remember reading that Steve S wears a fat suit on the show. But unless he's wearing prosthetic jowls or something, he's a pretty big guy without the suit.

I just read last night (in TV Weekly or something similar) that he started out in a fat suit, but the costumers decided he could fill the wardrobe on his own. I think it's all him now.

I wonder how long ago tonight's epi was filmed because Steve S did a recent Leno which was filmed in Feb in Boston and he did look much thinner. He was at Filene's Basement running with all the Bride's on that yearly event that Filene's holds when all the wedding dresses are 1/2 price. It was absolutely hysterical and Steve was awesome as the Reporter on the scene. He looked really good, yes, still large but def not as large as tonight.....

I don't know...It was an article with him and the actors that play Rosalie, Paulie and Johnny Sack. Maybe someone with a better memory than me read it and remembers exactly what he said.

I don't think Tony will die. They are talking about doing a movie. I would think Tony would have to be in it. AJ is so annoying!! They need to kick him out of the house. He is useless!

I agree! I wonder why the "writers" chose to make him such a loser and always having an attitude like the scene with the stained pants and he says to his mom.."you don't have a light in your closet".... such an idiot....

Somehow I have it in my head that Meadow will take over as boss after her dad goes! She's always defending the things he does and there are times, when she's not being all idealistic, that she's downright cold-hearted about things.

I haven't read any spoilers but I thought that Chase was setting up an ending in which Tony is in jail, Bobby is either dead or in prison for murder and Janice is the new Boss.

I thought the funniest part of the episode was that Tony didn't want anyone to think the Soprano's were dysfunctional.....LOLOL. They define the word dysfunctional.

I don't think Carm put the connection together, about Janice offing Richie. That's the first time I heard Janice talking about Richie's death.

I thought about a kid drowning and that's what we wre meant to think. The friends showing up for AJ's party, obviously planning to swim and later with Nica in the lake and Janice's freak-out.

I really thought Janices daughter was going to drown last night in the lake. She reminds me so much of Darla from the little rascals (showing my age) Just wanted to say that the girl carrying in the pool noodles for AJs party was my daughters friend. Surprised so much of what they filmed was cut. I cant believe how big James gandolfini is compared to the first episode, and how great Edie Falco looks. But one question, did Bobby want to get caught when he killed that guy? he left a part of his shirt there (dna) and his gun. maybe he's just tired of the whole thing.

We must have been posting at the same time! I have the same questions. Also, does anyone know what lake bobby and janices house was on? It looked so familiar.

Where were Bobby's two older kids? What did Janice do, ship them off to some boarding school. They were not that old not to be there with Bobby. But of course since they aren't Janice's, I am sure she doesn't want them around.
