I passed on Life Stories.

Chris is the greatest! I came home from a fundraiser on Friday and he'd gone out and bought more RAM and new video card for my PC. How sweet!

Today they made My Sims on Wii official. We have a Wii, but I'm not sold yet.

Hurry up, Seasons!

I think it starts shipping today but won't officially be in stores until March
1st, at least that's what Wal-Mart and Target have said in their weekly ads.

I pre-ordered through the EA site and I believe it shipped yesterday, or at least they took their money yesterday.

I can't wait to get it! I hope it doesn't disappoint!

I'm stoked too!! As I learned from Pets, I won't be rushing out to the stores to pick it up today. I will wait a day or so. I may start checking at Best Buy tomorrow though. Bring on Seasons!!!

Re: Life Stories, I read an awful lot of reviews and the majority have been negative, soooo I think I'll pass. Most people have been able to finish the two stories within a day.

Well, my copy of Seasons is on a UPS truck that left over 3 hours ago from a location that is 10 miles away. I'm low on the priority list.

Waiting and waiting and waiting......

I am going to pick it up from EBGames soon...I am a HUGE sims fan.

I have loved The Sims since it came out in February of 2000.

Well, I had a Barnes & Noble gift card that I needed to use and you can order games from them......although it's really Gamestop. So that's what I did....with overnight shipping. If I had ordered directly from Gamestop, my game would have gotten here yesterday (ship date), as is usually the case with them or EB Games + overnight shipping. For some reason, going through B&N meant the game shipped exactly on the ship date and not the night before. So here I am today waiting. I'm not peeved really. I had the gift card and it was just convenient.

i saw this thread and had to join in. i don't play much anymore but when it first came out my dd had it on the computer so i tried it out. i played all afternoon while she was out and that night i dreamed about my people! i woke up the next day feeling like i didn't sleep at all. my dh told me i was crazy.

glad to see so many people who are still playing. have fun!
