The Simpsons Ride

Who here has done it and what are your thoughts on it?

I went into that ride having heard it was a great ride to do. I had no idea what it was or what to expect, and not being a simpsons tv show watcher, I wasn't sure I would enjoy nor understand the ride.

I LOVED IT

What an experience! It was the most incredible ride I have ever been. The special effects they had on that ride were like nothing I have ever seen!

One of my fav rides at US.Only thing better at the Studios is ROTM!!
For anyone that never rode it yet,ask the TM for 2'nd level center.They will do it but may be alonger waite,but well worth it!!

This is the best seat because this is where they always try to put the VIP tour guests.

to be honest, i was actually kind of getting motion sick about 1/2 was into it.

did anyone else notice when maggie burps you out, the smell of uh maybe sour milk or something?

Actually the smell is/was a baby powder smell. At least when we rode it in January it was. We loved the ride. We would get to the parks before opening just so we could make a mad dash to it before it got up to it's usually long waits in the afternoon.

I didn't like it as it made me motion sick. I ended up keeping my eyes closed through most of it.

What an experience! It was the most incredible ride I have ever been. The special effects they had on that ride were like nothing I have ever seen!

DD and I both thought it was the best ride we've ever ridden in an amusement park ever (and that includes DL and WDW and Spidey). We rode it 4 times and would have ridden it more only they close down some of the rooms when the ride is slow so that you always have a 10-12 min. wait. There's so much going on in it, you can always find new details every time you ride it (like Ralph Wiggam flying across the screen while being carried away by a bird and saying, "look, I'm a bird!").

As for best seats, we really liked front row center because no one's head was in front of us.

It's baby powder and I think it smells good, unlike Stitch's burp (that nasty chili-hotdog smell). Since you were getting motion sickness were you maybe smelling something else.
