Aww, Lessa, I COMPLETELY understand the breakdown. I have 4 older brothers (and no sisters) and have been the lifelong target of constant teasing! And, like you, I have an occasional breakdown as well. No matter how much I tell myself "they're just being stupid", it still gets to me! The good news is that my brothers are now all at least 30 years old and the teasing has gotten MUCH better. I even have the upper hand in a lot of it now!

lol thats hardly what I said the mini-drama was erich saying he wanted to go back to the hotel and lessa had a mild mental meltdown about it for about a half hour where she tried her best to make erich stay despite the fact he didn't want to which included guilt tripping him and telling him he wasted his money etc. So I sided with erich its his vacation he can do whatever he wants. So lessa got more pissed so I decided to record the end of the arguement. After words I said why would I want to ride that with you alone after you just sopent the last 20 minutes #%$&%#*@ at us.

Oh no Lessa you can't stop there! Too sad I can totally understand how you would get upset when you spend so much time planning a trip and then things go wrong and it seems people don't appreciate all of you efforts. I hope your day got better

Yep, Alek and Erich definitely do not appreciate the time I put into planning but I don't care about that so long as everybody has a good time. What I hate is the constant mocking if I get something wrong.

And don't forget being in close proximity with brothers in their 20s when you are not used to being with them 24/7 in such close quarters

Well Erich and I still live at home so really the only one I am not around 24/7 is Alek and we see him often enough.

It doesn't usually bother too much but the constant mocking for three days combined with all the other factors really left me pissed!

Thanks Jay! Glad to know that I am not the only one who gets disappointed when their trip planning is not appreciated. Originally I was going to go on this trip solo as the original purpose of it was to meet up with some Dis friends, Alek and Erich should be honoured that I wanted them to come along too.

Honestly after Alek made that mean comment about not wanting to ride with me there wasn't anymore fighting. That doesn't mean I wasn't still angry though! I am well known for holding a grudge.

I also want to add that they are not 100% to blame, I should have just accepted the fact that Erich wanted to go back to the hotel but can you blame me for wanting to keep the family together when we were only down there for such a short time? Oh well, it's long over now.
