Fran used to watch Dirty Jobs, but I would ralph at the earlier episodes. As he got desperate I could watch since they weren't nearly as bad. Now he's doing the Ford ads.

My Dad used to watch all that stuff and it was gross...

He was here in Bowie filming an episode where he was a grounds keeper of a baseball field, it was the Bowie Baysox, farm league for the Orioles, and David and I were there. David ran into him after his 7th inning stretch (read beer run) and they got to talking, he was like the guy next door. Very grounded, very nice, like he had never left here. It was nice to see him like that.
