Well, it's finally here. The night before we are to leave for our long anticipated trip back to WDW. It's been 3 long years since we've been there. Three years filled with both joy :cloud9: and heartache  . We welcomed our second son :groom: during this time, but also suffered through 2 job losses and the need to sell our dream home. But we perservered and finally the day is here.

Our cast for this trip includes:

Your Host - me - 41 yo senior paralegal with a passion for Disney that sometimes borders on a sickness.

DH - 41 - sales manager for a high end audio/video designer/installer. Also a Disney lover, although not quite as crazy and me.

DM - late 60's - close to being the greatest mom on the planet, she's joining us again for this trip. She came with us almost 4 years ago when we only had ds#1 .

DS#1 - almost 7 - claims to remember the 3 trips he took to WDW between ages 3 and 4. Determined to ride the "big" rides this trip.

DS#2 - almost 2.5 - the unknown factor in our happy little equation. Started out planning on running away when he saw a character :scared: but has progressed to wanting to hug Mickey and ride the teacups  . Remains to be seen what he'll really do.

We leave from Newark, NJ tomorrow at 2:15 PM. BIL is being kind enough to drive us to the airport in our van so that we don't have to uninstall and reinstall ds#2's carseat more times than is necessary :) . We expect to arrive in Orlando around 5, get our rental van and head to our 3 bdrm condo.

While I have so many plans in mind for this trip, the reality is that ds#2 will be the one dictating the pace. If he feels the magic :wizard: , we're good. If not, then we'll just have to adjust our plans and do a bit more baby swapping to accomodate him.

So there you have it, kind readers. I will not have access to the boards while we are gone, but will take notes about our trip and post them as soon as we return.

A big thank you to everyone on the boards who have made these long months almost bearable for me. I picked up so many hints and ideas and feel ready to tackle this new adventure head on :sunny:.

See you all in a week.
