Yep, that's snow. And it's still coming down. I cannot believe it's only October 12!!
All that's left in the yard is the sandbox and slide, all other reminders of summer are put away in the shed.

The kids left for school with winter coats, hats and gloves. I think our high for the day was about 36.

This will be my third winter in Northern MI since moving here from SoCal. and what do I think of our early snow fall??
Well, just look at my location. ;)

AHHH!!! Put that away!! Or keep the snow up there in MI! We're supposed to drop below freezing tonight, but none of the s-word yet!

I hate snow. :( It's like 70 degrees out here today, which is very odd for this time of year. I'll take it though!

Hang in there, Beth! Just keep saying "One more winter. One more winter. One more winter."

I'm wicked jealous. It's really warm here for October. Humid too. To the point where my professor (who is from Mississippi and should be able to deal with 70 degrees) ended class 45 minutes early today because it was too hot. This is NEW HAMPSHIRE. It should be cold here by now. I'd be glad to take that snow off your hands if you don't want it

:rotfl: But I was always told it's nice to share.... ;)

The "s-word". Worst four letter word I've heard in awhile. lol

:wave2: I do. It's my new mantra. Of course next year at this time, you'll have to listen to me going on about how it's still so hot and there's nothing but freakin cactus around!!! :rolleyes1 :lmao:

This isn't too bad. Actually, it's really nothing. Like a sprinkling of powdered sugar. :goodvibes It's just so early is all.

Ask me again in a month or so. I'm sure then we'll have plenty to spare. :sad2:

I was figuring you were in MN. That is what it looks like here too.

OMG...don't even say the "S" word....YIKES :scared1: ....please please keep it there in your neck of the woods and do not :sad2: send it to New England... :worried:

I am so not liking snow :cold: much anymore.... :sad2:

Sorry. :teeth:

It's not the snow so much as how long it lasts once it comes. Having a white Christmas is really nice. A white Easter?? Not as much fun. :rotfl2:

This was how our shed and mini-van looked last November. That is the scene I am really dreading. :sad2:

Looked like that by us too earlier. All evidence is all gone now! :thumbsup2
Well that's good news. :thumbsup2 I don't think it will last long here either. We are supposed to be back up into the low 50's next week which is where we should be for this time of year.

My kids will be bummed though. They are more than ready to break out the sleds!! :rotfl2: Funny how the snow and cold never seem to bother kids. :confused3

Beth, that's insane!

It's about 90 degrees here in FL! :rotfl:
I know a few ladies down in Florida and they already made sure I knew that! :rotfl2:

Oh no,snow coming our way and my DD11 still wears her holey crocs to school and DD9 has a field trip to the pumpkin farm tomorrow :scared1:

Wohoo! My skis are ready to go :goodvibes

I heard porkies got 2 feet?!

Eww! We had some snow flurries off and on this afternoon, but nothing stuck. I am not ready for all this. I hate snow and I hate winter. :(
