It’s a good idea. The swimming and cycling will give you additional fitness with less risk of injury over pure running. Go for it!From the more experienced athletes on here, how bad of an idea would it be to sign up for a summer triathlon (my first even, so might end up being a sprint tri) when I'm planning on running the NYC marathon next year?
