April Stats
Run: 140.3 miles
Bike: 211 miles
For a month where I wasn't sure I would hit 100 miles running, I'm pretty happy with this! I also set a mile PR this morning: 7:36! I don't run a lot of one mile time trials, so I don't know if I ever could have ran faster than this at any point - I also don't remember how fast I ran the mile back in junior high, but I was usually the slowest one on the track then.
Orange Theory challenged us to run a mile at the beginning of the month and one at the end of the month. I ended up 8 seconds faster than my mile at the beginning. I didn't watch my pace, and I tried to tell myself to keep pushing and not to give up.

But that study is specifically aimed at HCW who are in close contact with infected people for prolonged periods of time. I'd like to know at what point the moisture renders the masks useless. I'd wager you're still better off wearing them during your 25 minute trip to the grocery store or more importantly my 5 minute trip to the liquor store. Yet not sure how they affects a full day at a theme park. Lol.
