Summer for me. I love finally getting to be outside in the Spring, but here in the mountain west spring is very unpredictable. I always feel like the rug has been pulled out from me when I have run outside in gorgeous weather for a week and then I'm pushed inside with spring snow storms (like this week!). It's not humid here, so if I get my run done in the summer morning it usually isn't too hot.QOTD: Which season is your favorite for getting your runs in?
I think the daily question and the schedule with everyone's races on the first page are the highlights.QOTD: Since we hit 100 pages yesterday, I would like to know what has been your favorite part of the thread thus far? What would you like to see more of, and anything we should avoid?
Love Ragnars. Good luck and have fun!
Here is another video showing the fall from a runner's perspective as well as Kamworor catching back up through the field. Keep in mind he is passing elite runners around him, so it really goes to show how crazy fast he is. And look at how fast his cadence is compared to the other elite runners around him.
Glad you are enjoying it. I meant to make a comment about 100 pages yesterday, but had to deal with some stuff at work.

ATTQOTD: I would like to thank everyone for participating and keeping this thread going. I enjoy seeing what races people are running and hearing about how the race went.
Good luck to anyone going after Wine and Dine today! Was going to do it this year but not decided not to when they changed things up.

QOTD: What are your tips for racing a new distance? Do you try to get a fast time on your first attempt at the distance or are you more conservative to just try to finish the distance?
