I think a 5th park is very (very) unlikely. Not so much because of the costs (though that is a reason) but because the typical US vacation is not long enough to justify it. International guests do stay longer, but they are a minority of visitors.
I don't see any reason why they won't keep expanding capacity of the existing parks, whether actually or by replacing low-demand attractions with higher-demand ones that don't have "gaps" in the guests served per day. That's been the plan dating back to (at least) Everest.
