I think a 5th park is very (very) unlikely. Not so much because of the costs (though that is a reason) but because the typical US vacation is not long enough to justify it. International guests do stay longer, but they are a minority of visitors.

I don't see any reason why they won't keep expanding capacity of the existing parks, whether actually or by replacing low-demand attractions with higher-demand ones that don't have "gaps" in the guests served per day. That's been the plan dating back to (at least) Everest.

And many of the parks have capacity they aren’t even using yet…

Think about at EPCOT how Millenium Village and Wonders of Life are just sitting around empty for example…

That space could be used for something…

I hope that Disney starts to re-assess the notion of a Disney Parks trip… It has started overemphasizing the rides a little too much for my tastes…
