Well, I guess I'll throw in my view from Shades of Green. That counts, right? ;)

I'm unsure of the room number, but that is from the older wing. Immediately to the right of the little pond is the golf course. I'm unsure if the pond is part of the course as a water hazard or something. DH loved the view, being the golfer he is. I found it pretty relaxing myself. Very, very quiet.

Absolutely! People are always asking for photos of Shades of Green and there doesn't seem to be too many around! When we stayed there back in 1998, I didn't think of taking photos of the room views and such. It was only after I became a regular DISer that I found out there were people doing that and posting them on the 'net!

WOW NOW THAT IS A VIEW.

Contemporary, 11th floor, MK view. I'm not sure of the room #, but we were in the center of the hotel, right off the elevators.

Since someone already posted pics of the castle and SM I thought I'd show some of the other images I shot...

This is a really good idea for a thread. When I get time later I'm going to have to take find time to dig through my pictures and post some here!

Pop Century, standard view, 70's building #6 (Mickey Mouse phone icon, 8-track tape at the stairs). We were in the wing that points toward Hourglass Lake and the Legendary Years side of the resort.

Carlamouse, your daytime view wasn't that great (looking down), but the nighttime view more than made up for it!

I know I've posted this before :)

From the Dolphin in the center section from June 2005

:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 I am confused I got the impression that this thread was about the view of your particular room not the view from your room?

From the same trip above just another shot of the walkway between the Swan and Dolphin taken from our room.

It's my understanding from the OP she wanted to show or see the view from your room and not of your room. There is already another forum for that.

AKL rm 5030 - its a pool view, but you can see the flamingo pen and get a partial view of the Uzima Savanah. All pictures were taken from the balcony.

OKW Building 63 in a 2 bedroom on the main floor. All pictures taken from the back patio.

Looking to the left (I know, its crooked, but you get the idea of what it looks like after a couple blender drinks are imbibed while watching the golfers).

Looking straight ahead at the golf green

And looking towards the building from the bridge on the road entering the resort. The room is on the main floor to the left of the building. (Again, a little crooked, but see explanation above).

Does anyone have any views from the 7th Floor WL? I am wondering what side/view I should request for a decent view without bunkbeds. Any suggestions/input would be most appreciated :)
