The risks of hiding your DISing from your spouse!

DH has been in and out of MY office for the past hour. He keeps looking over my shoulder to see if what I am doing is "worth" my time. So in my classic avoidance mode, I have been trying to minumize the screen & bring something "useful" up before he can read my screen. When I returned to my screen, the DIS was entiriely in Espanol! I was the OP & would love to have you believe I am bi-lingual but I'm not. What the heck did I do?

P.S. Fortunately DH has left for work!

I think it's just a matter of time before my DH registers himself He started out interested only in the trip planning sites, now enjoys the CB. So you never know!

My dh is always watching me looking at this site (everyday and usually more than once). He doesnt get it but I can look as long as I want and he doesnt give me a hard time. Just keeps giving me a very confused look like "just how many times and how long must you look". Wondering if I should leave this status quo or fight with him over the computer if I convert him. Hmmmmm

LOL!! I feel your pain! My dh has actually proposed that the CB is a CULT and that I may need help!!! BWAHAHAHA!!! He watches too much CNN! Now the CB may be an addiction, but a cult? NAH! I just explain (or try to) that you guys are Disney lovers just like me and it is that basic love that we have in common. Now when the kids start telling "Zurg, tag fairy, pixie dust and duct tape" stories at the dinner table I get a very big ...that he had a hard time with! Hee hee! But he hangs onto the Disney explanation and understands a little....he has known for years about my love of all things Disney!!

DH didn't get it either when I first started coming here. Then he started asking questions and I explained how great the people here on the DIS are.

Well, he surprised me one night when he said "if I start going on the DIS, I have the name I'm going to use all picked out"!
