Sorry...I'm behind, Dana (having a hard enough time keeping up on my own pre-trip report). Great pictures. I'm not a big motorcycle fan, but those are some really nice looking bikes.

Kathy I am really behind on all my Dising. I hate getting behind like this too. There were so many bikes it was amazing. I tried to take as many pictures as I could, but my battery died so I had to stop . I have got to come over to your PTR too.

They are saying it may get here within the next 48 hours, but at this time we may be spared the really heavy crude type oil, but what will hit us will still cause damage. They aren't sure of course because the reports changes daily .

Looking at all the different bikes was fun. I like the patriotic one, with that music playing and the flag flying it made a very nice tribute.

It's so sad about the oil in the Gulf. We're still trying to wrap our brains around Nashville being flooded. Both circumstances are sad.

Thank you B. It has been pretty rough the past 6 months . I am so glad we only have 16 days left.

It was really fun seeing all the bikes. I wish I could have gotten more pictures of them.

I'm hoping the cap they are putting on the well will stop the threat to us and we will be spared. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

It is sad about the flooding in Nashville; we at least have a chance to prepare, unlike everyone who was caught in the flooding. You are right though, both situations are sad.

Hey Christie. I can't believe I am getting so close to my trip. I am excited, yet trying to keep it all in check. I have 2 weeks and 1 day and I will be on my way to Disney .

I don't know how these kids are growing up so fast. Amanda will graduate college on Saturday. Now ask me how old I feel?

Congratulations to Amanda!!!!! And I love the beach and bike pictures. My Dad had a Harley when I was little. I have pictures of me sitting on it when I was about 4 yrs old. Very cute. He got into an accident though and nearly had his leg ripped off, so that was the end of that for him. He never got another bike although, to do this, he still thinks of buying one.

Dale asked me today what I wanted for Mother's Day and I really couldn't think of anything, but then I found a email from the Disneystore.com offering 25% off one item and I went shopping.

I got this for Dallas, I know it isn't for me, but he really liked this shirt, and Disney was offering free shipping on everything in your shopping cart if you ordered a Marvel item

It is an Iron Man 2 shirt.

Then I had to have the Alabama Mickey shirt that I saw on Becky's page---sorry Becky, I had to have this shirt .

Then of course I had to have some pants to wear with it

I hope they get here before we leave in 14 DAYS


I am going to sit down next week and plan out our days . I may try and talk Dale into leaving Friday when he gets home from work .

Amanda is now a college graduate .
