Hi Jordan, You look very handsome in your new specs! I guess when you live in California you have to take the good with the bad-the beautiful surroundings and weather along with earthquakes. Here in Pa we don't have earthquakes or severe weather, but we do not have much of anything else either!
I hope you had a good Easter and I love Tuesdays because I know that there will be an update from you!:yay:

Jordan, I was wondering if I could borrow your TR to ask a question? Did anyone do the Give A Day, Get A Day promotion? Our family did it in January, and we enjoyed it so we went back to Habitat for Humanity 2 more times to help. We already have our passes for Disney, so we can get 7 fastpasses instead. I was wondering if anyone else did this and could give a little info on it?
Thank you Jordan:love::hug:

I do love the weather (I miss snow though).

I am predictable when it comes to updates....:)

Hi Jordan! Hope you had a nice Easter.

Thought about you when the earthquake hit - glad it didn't do much damage.

Love the glasses - very cool!

So cute that Dylan said he wasn't scared but then said he wouldn't ride it again. I'm hoping to be able to get my 16 year old on it when we go! He sure can drive fast in the car - I don't know why he can't get on a ride!

So glad you spared us the frontal picture of the woman in the leggings! :scared1:

Heather - congratulations on your baby girl!

Leggings with nothing covering their behinds seem really popular these days! Like PrincessCaitlin, I see a lot of those on campus every day too.

I'm pretty sure they were meant to be thicker tights to wear under skirts or long shirts....*shudders* I see too much of women's behinds on a daily basis.....:sad2:

Dylan is TOO CUUUTE in those pictures in the ride queue! I love him posing with the crash test dummy. :lovestruc

So I got behind again (nothing new about that).

I love Living with the Land. We have to do it at least once every trip and we take way too many pictures. SS is my favorite CS in Epcot. That's where I was when I got your first text. I haven't tried the cashew chicken but it does sound delish.

I'm so glad you didn't suffer from the earthquake. I instantly thought of you when I heard about it.

Yeah for Dillon riding Test Track. That was Danielle's first big girl ride.

On the leggins issue: Michelle my 19 year old was outraged at all the offenders we saw while we were there. According to her they are not to be worn alone, always with something. She watches lots of "What not to Wear".

Also we went to the WWII museam in New Orleans yesterday and I did lots of reading. They were kicking us out at 5 and I still didn't read it all.

that was a realy bad case of vpl....visable panty line....yikes!

dylan is such a cutie! I seriously wanted to take him home with me.

Hey Heather!

How are you doing? How's baby girl #2 doing?

I am good!!!! Oh goodness, baby girl #2 is kicking up a storm in my belly!!! It feels like I have a kickball tournament going on in there! :lmao: Or either I have a kick me sign inside! lol

Yay for Dylan on TT!! Both girls say they want to go this year! We shall see. Boy I need to get e some of those leggings! The new specs are very nice!

Ummmmm, YIKES!!!!:scared1: About the spandex lady. GROSS!!! When will people learn? soooo NOT SEXY!:sad2:

**did I just see a couple of people on here actually ask "what's with the tongue"???? :teacher: I think some newbies should go back and read from the beginning!! But then again, if they do that we may never see them again. :rolleyes1

YAY!!!!! for Dylan riding the big boy ride!! That was DS's reaction too. :rotfl2: The next trip, he was a pro! Now he can't wait to ride it several times. :thumbsup2

Jordan is going to 'splain the tongue situation one of these days :rolleyes1

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

As in..."do I look good in these?"

Well you know she's healthy and active !!!!:thumbsup2

Oh yes....now if she weren't kicking and moving I would be freaking out!! lol!!!
Of course, Hollie loves to feel her kick in my belly! She thinks its so neat and as she says, "Cool!" lol

have you seen the website www.peopleoftheparks.com ?? You should submit your picture to them! That website cracks me up....people are nuts! I saw about a 20 yr dressed in a tink outfit in the MK going to meet tinkerbelle...but I was not fast enough with my camera. I just remember being shocked and thinking she was way too old for that outfit and shouldn;t have been wearing it in the first place if you know what i mean! LOL!

oops! It's people of the Park - no S :goodvibes I was trying to find it and it kept going to Go Daddy.

love the new glasses! :cool2:

I had the unfortunate opportunity to witness the following:
109.jpg

 okay, i'm not going to insult this woman because i'm very likely to be shaped like her one day. however, i will NOT be sporting those pants if i am!!! (heck, i wouldn't sport those pants now!!!!)

I asked him if he liked the ride; he said " I was scared this much" holding up a big zero....He's was smiling ear to ear. I then asked him if he would ride again to which he answered, "NO"....oh, alrighty then.

 so cute! i love the "i was scared this much" with a zero comment. luke did something similar in 2007. he was only 2 (almost 3) and they took him on barnstormer. that was the first "thrill" ride he'd ever been on. when they got off anna asked him if he liked it and he said yes, then she said, "do you want to ride again?" and he immediately responded, "NOPE!" :lmao:

Dylan successfully rode Test Track. I'll let Wendy and Derek describe more of the ride portion.
Dylan was a little scared going into the ride and needed some coaxing. I took the photos of him acting like the test dummy to get his mind on something other than being scared for the ride.

Then during the ride, he was a little disappointed when it had problems going up the hill during the ascent and during the ABS braking tests (the ride stopped then proceeded really slowly). When we got outside, he didn't like the high speed (I tried to get video but don't know how to post vids on DIS).:surfweb:

When he came out, he was sporting some new toys. Reward for riding. I asked him if he liked the ride; he said " I was scared this much" holding up a big zero....He's was smiling ear to ear. I then asked him if he would ride again to which he answered, "NO"....oh, alrighty then.
As we exited the ride, Dylan enjoyed taking some photos in the auto show cars. Here's Dylan looking cool in front of a Camaro.

Because he was a good sport, we decided to offer to buy him some gifts in the toy shop but he was having a hard time deciding. We set a $10 price limit and he was good, checking out various items within that range.

When we got back to Jordan & Erin, we found someone dozing....

We had a few extra FPs so I THINK (not in my trip journal) I rode TT with Allan and Kim.....When we exited Wendy had changed her ADR for Grand Floridian Cafe from 5:30 to 6:30pm. So we had time for one more ride...

What ride would that be............
Of course, Dylan wanted to go back on TT, but he kept calling it "Tennis Racket" instead of test track. We figured it was because the pavilion has an oval shape but sometimes he has a few words that he mixes up. For example, for the longest time, he kept calling "hamburgers" "hangerbers" like "I really like my hangerbers".

I will totally have to take a look at that when i get home!

In Japan, it's pretty normal for adults to come dressed as their favorite character and NOT even on Halloween.

Like this fella? I have to admit he was soo cute.

Now for an interestingly dressed contribution

I keep tellin Erin that Daddy drives way faster than TT.....:confused3;)

The front side of her was NOT pretty.
