If I hit snooze that many times I would eventually give up and turn it off! Breakfast looked good.
I always offer food or drinks to the homeless. I guess I've gotten lucky with the ones I've come across because they've always said yes. I remember one lady on the corner of Beach and Warner that gratefully accepted the piece of toast I hadn't gotten to yet. Bless her heart. When you have kids and a diaper bag, you always have some kind of food.

Breakfast was good.
I had better luck today. I saw a lady trying to find something on the menu at Golden Bowl (Japanese fast food) that was a dollar (that's what was in her hand). I gave her 5 bucks-she was very happy. She devoured her meal...

Hi All! Long day, I'm too tired to comment, but not too tired to Got my new laptop today - trying to get used to the keyboard, but I think I like it - Windows 7 seems okay so far.

Winkers and Rosie - I have no words - just

Terry's new laptop we bought last week has windows 7 and we LOVE it... Mine has Vista and I am wanting to upgrade to 7...

His keyboard is different from mine, the keys are flat and mine are more surved so it does throw me off from time to time!

My Vaio has Windows 7. It's all good so far.

My moms laptop has Vista and we're thinking of upgradig it. We're just not sure what happens to everything that's on it now (as far as games we've put on it, pictures, documents, etc) during/after the upgrade.

The fail proof way of doing it, you have to re-install the games and remove the documents/pictures, etc. onto an external hard drive or something until the upgrade was complete, then reload them onto the laptop...

A lot of times windows will allow you to format on top of another windows and keep all your stuff, but we have run into issues with our desktop where we ending up having to do a whole reformat to do an upgrade...

Any of the PeepFest options work for us, but we'd probably pick June over Feb. We'll be doing a land stay only. We are completely planning on being there for this. Joe wants to meet this crazy Asian I speak of often who does bathroom reviews.... (and I do too!)

You aren't alone with the not-lovin'-Tonga Toast. Joe has had it twice and while it isn't bad it's not his favorite. I had one bite and knew it was too much for me. The Big Kahuna is where it's AT! Yum!

Ah Jeff will be fine, he listens. Just not fully. To him it's like you hearing techno-babble, He hears....blah blah blah....and occationally pipes up Blankastan?....Eggnog recipie?....blah blah blah..anti virus software? Hey can you ask that Texas guy?....blah blah blah.....isn't there some person on your Disney board who knows someone who got into Berklee, can you ask them about?....blah blah blah.

Right now he gets confused when I mention Blankastan and Oregon in regards to the same person so I try not to overwhelm him.

Heck he still forgets how I know the friend we are meeting for brunch that Sunday we are down there (a different message board, going on 10 years now lol). Pathetic really. Friend for 10 years, TA for the last year or so, xmas cards every year and I still have to remind him. Granted he's never met her but still! He's just not a message board guy, unless it involves planes of course. Thankfully he isn't anti-DIS, he just likes to rib me about it occasionally. Once he does meet people he is much better.

So right now you'd probably fall under..."Some guy Cynthia knows from her Disney board that suggested a couple of restaurants for our trip...that Italian one sounds good...and doesn't he have something to do with Peeps? and there is a kilt involved somehow? We're meeting for drinks right? Or dinner? Whatever, it's all good!"

I lost him at marshmallows and kilts. Not that I mentioned marshmallows, he went there all on his own. I still need to bring him up to speed on pole dancing.



Of course it's probably about as well as I listen to plane-babble. There was something about ballistic parachutes tonight that I confess....I totally tuned out on. Shhh.....don't tell.

Wendy and Derek's good friends Dan and Kalani drove the gang to the airport around 5:45am...(8:45am WDW time...I must've been ironing)

Wow! The pictures of the children are so precious. They are growing so big and starting to look like their parents so much.
The pics of BLT look so cool and very modern. Did Wendy and family have a good view? It would be so awesome to wake up to see the Castle or Space Mountain. It must have been very exciting staying at a new resort so close to the Magic Kingdom. I cannot wait for more!

I can personally tell you the rooms were spaciuos !! Wendy counted out how many could sleep !! With 2 bedrooms 6 with the sofa sleeper 8 and then she counted lots of floor space !!

Jordy, you know us (or me), being a Starwood Westin regular, BLT was much nicer (even better than our Westin stays) but I agree with Kim that BCV is way more convenient and I missed the direct access to Epcot.

BTW, how'd you get access to our photos? Glad you liked my pics....but Wendy checked in and not me (I was taking the pics).
