Tammie!
Back at you, Sweetie!
I had lentil soup for dinner so it IS possible you heard some kind of wind.

I was going to say something about that wind, but just wasn't able to be funny that late last night.
How well I know ya!
Great update!
I love Nemo. What a clever attraction it is.
Can't wait for our 2011 trip, we are going to do the behind the seeds tour at "the ride with plants". I just love that, too funny!
Yup, traveling with kiddos means lots and lots of stuff. Gotta be ready.
And finally, I told you I would have been more than happy to baby sit you here in Vegas, I didn't realize you had issues here in the past. Great, now I'm picturing you in your boxers swimming in Casear's fountain.
I saved this quote to ask who had seen "Hangover". Now I see Jordan mentioned it. My friend Teresa and I had fun regaling the other girls about scenes from the movie to our other friends who hadn't seen it. We kept reminding each other when we saw the places from the movie. We also kept teasingly reminding ourselves to behave or else we might end up with a Tiger in the bathroom. One of the gals hadn't been there before, I think we scared her!
Weird experience with the diamond-encrusted watch guy what a TMI
situation. And I feel your pain on the big seatmate thing, Im not a small guy and I always end up sitting next to someone bigger than me. Sounds like MCO was a breeze and nice to walk onto the ME bus and have it roll right out.
Great story about the dog jerky btw, yummy!
Poo interlude I experience that very thing this morning, did the morning ritual, then showered and went to work. Once there I was leaning around some equipment to change out a power supply and knock knock, time for round two. Nice one with dental floss guy too ugh!
Good smooth check-in, despite the room assignment. I cant believe you hadnt eaten anything since your IHoP breakfast Id be a hungry, grouchy wreck. Looked like a nice room and I cant wait for the chonies game. I bet it is pretty serene and interesting to walk around the resort that late/early in the morning (on your hunt for food). 3am night-time aye?
Peepfest Interlude If you could swing it I would do land and sea, but only if it was a minimum of 7 days of land plus the 3-4 days of sea.
Ill be back with thoughts on Day 2 soon figure it is best to take on this monster in chunks
I'm a little bothered by the "poop" and "chunk" words in the same post.
leyla!!!!!!!!
I might like to be a Flat jordy on the cruise!!!!
We're probably doing a 4-day bahama cruise starting Sunday 24th-thursday 28th.
I truly hope you can join in on the fun!!!!!
Don't rub it in that you're only turning 40th..
It's my mummble-mummble birthday on June 29th! I must get Jim to stop being afraid of the scarey DIS buds and take this cruise! I hope it's on the DREAM! I'm thinking maybe Vero Beach with DBIL and his new wife then the cruise BECAUSE it's my birthday - "Oh! Jordan and crew - you're on this cruise too? Who would have thunk" yah, that's the ticket!
You forgot the part where Dylan wandered off and got lost
It's the first time we actually lost a kid for a bit. We were all finding a table and then looked around and realized that Dylan wasn't with us. If you've ever been at Sunshine Seasons, you know it's a flurry of people all over the place. So we were searching the crowds for our little boy and then suddenly saw him half crying coming down the stairs. I guess he had gone back up the stairs thinking that we were up there and then was on his way back down. It was a scary moment for a while, fortunately it wasn't long that we were looking for him. Yikes!
However, he must have gotten over that quickly since he just moved on and never gave it a second thought. I guess they get over traumatic events quickly.
I'm glad he was safe and sound. It is so scarey when that happens - my scarey moments are below.
I can't wait!!

But really, I am waiting for the day they are fully self sufficient (read: we don't have to carry any of their bags for them)! Because until then, *I* still might want the stroller to carry everything... ha ha ha. And I can't wait for the day that my carry-on bag can just consist of my things rather than filled with everyone else's things. Hee hee.
Yes, I don't think I'll want to be pushing around a 4, 7 and 10 year old in the stroller... that'd be like 150 lbs or more!

By that time they should collectively be able to push ME around. Hmmm...

And maybe we won't even need one at all since Ashlyn will be 4... how exciting will that be?!? Although... they won't be old enough to carry stuff around so maybe one more trip with the stroller to lug our things around... we'll see.
When they are in the stroller you know where they are!
NOTHING strikes fear into the heart of a parent more than a lost child.
I lost my oldest DS twice in Okinawa! No wonder we don't see him much now, and he doesn't let us babysit much!
First time - 3 yrs old - about 3 mos. into our tour, we went to an outdoor arcade/slick car track place. No English spoken there. As we were leaving, we stopped to watch one more race, then We went out to the car, I put DS, 1 in the car seat and we drove away. About 3 miles up the road I looked back and DS3s seat was empty!

"Where is Ryan?" "Didn't you have him?" "No, I had Mark - I thought you had him!" SCREECH of tires - racing back - I jumped out and ran in - to find a sweet little Japanese lady, very old and barely bigger than our little boy - holding his hand and patting it, and speaking to him in Kanji. He really didn't seem to be scared at all!
**Flash forward a year - I'm at the only toy store on base for the whole Island - 4 bases - THE day the toys come in for Christmas. If you're not there, you get NO AMERICAN TOYS for your babies. There was no web then. So, madhouse inside - I put my toys on a CC rather than stand in line for layaway. I take my two and 3 friends' kids next door for a hot dog while the moms are in line. I bring them back in - my 4 yr old and another one want to use the bathroom. I was stupid enough to let them go in to the restroom while I took 2 in to their moms. I came out and only the other boy was waiting like I told them to. He doesn't know where my son is. Long story short, no one in the store would help me look - until I called the police an hour later, then the store manager was all over it. The people in the line that snaked around the outside of the building had seen him crying but didn't get out of line to help him. They had MPs combing the patch of jungle across the street and the parking lot. They found him asleep in the back seat of my car (which I thought I had locked) in 90 degree weather. Thank God he had woke up too hot and opened the door.

God is good enough to watch over our children when these things happen!
