The Red Copter

Just about every vacation and every day during it, my son spots a red helicopter flying over WDW.

Anyone know who it is??

We were at SST 6/28 - 7/6 & saw it several times a day, didn't have a clue as to where it was going.

Orlando Helitours, which is a couple of miles from Walt Disney World has a red Bell helicopter that it uses for tours over the Orlando area. It might have been their helicopter that you saw.

I've seen that red copter often, too, at OKW. It appears, though it may a depth perception illusion, to fly over Disney property, which I though was a no fly zone at lower altitudes.

I never thought of it being a heli-tour, I always thought it was Disney related, maybe security?

I was thinking that. Actually one of the security guards told me there was a lot of security people at WDW that you don't see.
