The Rebels are Sliding into September

I hope all of you that did the W&D had a great race!! I didn't see an Oct thread up yet so I'm posting here.

Today marked the first day of my official training for the WDW 1/2!!!

Today's Workout of the Day (WOD) called for 10 easy walking minutes. I modified this to be a 10 minute warm up, 10 brisk minutes, and 15 "get me home"/cool down minutes.

It was 35 out this morning!:scared1:
Total miles: 1.98
Total time 35 minutes
Avg Pace: 17:41 min/mi
Avg Moving Pace: 16:53 min/mi
Best Pace: 10:21 min/mi (I had to run across the road to get to the trail :))

Only 96 days until race day!!!! Get excited!
