I'm sorry if anyone likes the cake castle, but I really don't know what they were thinking!!! I'm too traditional probably. I love the castle in it's "normal" form.

I didn't like it at all and wasn't really sure what the heck it was!

Hello! Totally not caught up, but wanted to say hi.

We went camping with my mom last weekend and I'm still in catch up mode. Connor has his procedure tomorrow, so I'm also trying to get ready for that.

i had the hardest time sleeping last night... i would fall alseep for like 10 minutes then wake up coughing because I was choking on my spit because my hangy ball is hella swollen... then i cant get back to sleep for like an hour... it totally suck... my mom is going to cal the DRs to ask if my hangy ball is supposed to be that big and stuff like that...

and I was sleeping sitting up the whole time...

sso they i decided to get a yogurt and it took me 2 hours to eat!


im going to go sit back in bed...

dad woke me up to do meds.

Steph it will take you a lot less time to say Uvula! I actually looked it up last week because mine was all red and swollen too!

I hope the swelling goes down so you can get some sleep tonight.

Sorry things aren't going that well. This is our third of these procedures, so it should be pretty routine (still makes me crazy nervous)

DD is calling me out for how much I'm on the computer. This is her today while walking around in the room behind me. She's just talking to herself, "I would really like to read these books and get on the computer today but that's just not gonna happen because you are spending too much time on the computer and I'm just never going to get on it again."

I think I will go and fix lunch and let her have her hour.

well since my mom just had her knee surgery I didnt want to ask her to do it because it hurts to stand to long.. even tho I know she would... and my dad was already asleep....

Counting laptops, we're a four computer family...works with the four family members....only way to keep the peace.

When DH and I took our first trip together in 96, when we were boyfriend and girlfriend, that is what it looked like.

It was cool for a day, but then after that, we totally missed the original castle!!

Don't mess with perfection, ya know??

the front grass is great....half of the back is great....half of back is dead, as you saw...and then all the side is great!!!


I hope the social worker calls you back...That must be nervewracking not knowing what went one.

My kids only have one pair of pajamas each that aren't Disney. That's because I have a tradition of getting their Christmas pajamas at the Children's Place. They love the thick soft flannel ones that I got them there last year.

DS has one pair of superman, one with some fishes and the rest are all Disney!!!

Oh WT, I can't wait for you to have kids and try to get a squirmy child to take medicine. Both of mine have got themselves so worked up that they threw up before they even tasted the medicine and they weren't sick in a way that would make them throw up. They would just get so upset with crying and freaking out. DS was the worst. We would have to give him advil three times because he would keep throwing it up on us. Luckily they have kind of outgrown that but they still whine and complain and don't want to take it.

DS will get so upset sometimes, that he will start coughing bad and then he throws up..

But, he lovest he amoxocillin...!!!

Depends on the medicine for us. DS is really good with most of his medication....nebulizer, inhailer, anti-biotics....but God help us if we have to get the Prednisone in him (like we're doing now)....it takes two of us, one to hold him down and the other to pry his jaw open.

Larka....4 computers is perfect..

we have two laptops.......ds needs to get his own.......in a couple of years..then we will be set...
