Dumbo because by the time I finished eating I'd be as big as dumbo, lol. We didn't end up having the roast beef. I didn't have a roast in the freezer and as you know I made pork roll, egg & cheese on English Muffin sandwiches, mmmm mighty good! :banana:

It was yummy, I'm sure you don't know what Pork Roll is as it's only in NJ, but you can go to Taylor Pork Roll on a search and it will tell you all about it. I love that stuff, probably bad for me and pure fat but it sure tastes good, lol. :lmao:
