Dumbo because by the time I finished eating I'd be as big as dumbo, lol. We didn't end up having the roast beef. I didn't have a roast in the freezer and as you know I made pork roll, egg & cheese on English Muffin sandwiches, mmmm mighty good!

It was yummy, I'm sure you don't know what Pork Roll is as it's only in NJ, but you can go to Taylor Pork Roll on a search and it will tell you all about it. I love that stuff, probably bad for me and pure fat but it sure tastes good, lol.
