I hope her shoulder is not broken either. Sounds like your aunt has been through enough. I'll keep good thoughts for her. :grouphug:

Oh! That doesn't sound good...seems like they should have x-rayed it a long time ago then.

G'nite Steph...I'm tired.

well they x rayed her then and said they didnt see anything but it wasnt conclusive... so they are checking again...

Tomorrow is my DD's last day of swim lessons...I think we won't do anymore until after we come back from Disney in the fall.

DD can now hang from her arms and raise her feet and/or knees to stomach level and swing. She looks so cute doing this. DH said I should sign her up for gym class since we don't have any classes going on right now...

I watched "Rebound" tonight with Martin Lawrence while starting my packing for Sunday's trip. It was cute

I need to start working on DD's birthday party. Last year we did a garden theme...I'm thinking of Mickey Mouse this year to help get her ready for our trip!

:cloud9: I'm making it an early night tonight. I had to real work today and I'm not used to that anymore, :rotfl2: I've been laid off from my job since Jan. 31st and I actually went and worked real physical labor at a friend's house today in the 93 degree heat, 105 degrees with the heat index and helped her wash down furniture, spray paint it, hang white christmas lights and fix up her garden for her wedding Saturday evening. That about killed me and I have to do it all again tomorrow, but earlier this time before it gets to awfully hot. Probably be 83 with a heat index making it 95, not much better I guess.

Well goodnight and sweet dreams y'all.

You need to watch the Sound of Music, that's a great classic. I don't think I've seen Singing In The Rain in years and I don't recall it.Gone with the Wind is a good one but you are so right it is soooo long. Enjoy Singing in the Rain and let me know how you like it. :happytv:
I've seen the Sound of Music, that's a good one! I really, really liked Singing in the Rain. Very good. I would highly recommend it.
I try to do the same thing...I've been getting my movies at the library so they are free and I don't feel bad if I don't like them.

Some classics to try:

Casablanca -- just because
Amazon Queen -- it's good
Alfred Hitchcock movies -- The Birds, Rear Window, Psycho, Vertigo,
Some Like it Hot -- Marilyn Monroe
One Flew Over the Cockoo's Nest
Blazing Saddles
Citizen's Kane
The Usual Suspects
It's a Wonderful Life
A Christmas Story

(I just got To Catch a Thief but haven't watched it yet)
Actually another friend here on the DIS made me a list of movies to watch! Some of those are definitely on there. I put them all in my netflix queue! We're watching Casablanca tomorrow night (or at least planning to).
And my DH recommends Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Sorry but I absolutely can't stand that movie.

I hope it all turns out okay. Pixie dust and hugs. :wizard:

OMG! Who's watching Singin' in the Rain?!!! It's one of my all time favorite movies of all time ever and ever!!!!!!! Can ya tell???? I hope you LOVE IT!

Goodnight, thread!:grouphug:

Nicely done mama, a looong one!!!

"Merchandising, merchandising, where the real money from the movie is made!"

"What did you do? You turned it off!"
"Turned off what? I just turned off the screen."
"No, you didnt! You turned off the movie!"

"Did I miss something? When did we get to Disneyland?"

"Yes, and I'm glad. Glad, glad, glad, glad."
"I wonder if she's glad."

"Do you?"
"Yes."
"Do you?"
"Yes."
"GOOD, you're married. KISS HER!"

"Water... water..."
"Oil... oil..."
"Room service... room service..."

Mom and Cuz...thanks for filling almost entire page full of Spaceballs quotes...
