This whole mom on the DIS thing is cracking me up. I think mostly because my mom doesn't even know how to turn a computer on!

Plus, in all serious, the heat aggravated DS skin, as he has ezcema and he gets dry itchy patches in the sun...he got some while we were in FL...

Oh I know, she's right, I saw the rashes the poor little guy gets from the sun. Do you think it's that honey or do you think it's the suntan lotion? Does it have Paba in it?

I tried to drag them outside every chance I got when I was there a few weeks ago but it was too hot and they wouldn't come out until evening, see I told you they were vampires

Hey now.....it was too hot for DS and his skin....didn't want him getting burnt...



We like to come out about 5, after the hottest part of the day....that gives us another 3 hrs of sunlight to enjoy....

I use to get nice and tan when I was a teenager....I got so dark one summer, I almost looked black...

I know what you mean by burn and be white again PJ! I burn then freckle... now that I have burnt so much in the same spots its all one big freckle!! so I look tan!! but my legs are about as white as Sharky's! jk jk I lied! they are a bit darker because I made sure to get a little sun last summer but I dont like wearing shorts!

Really does anyone like wearing shorts? I certainly do not!

Yes I do pretty good on the computer but I haven't gotten this DIS profile and siggie thing down to a science yet. Will let DD do it for me until I get back up there in Sept and she can show me. I may try to put a picture in one of my replies just to see if I can do it.

He used the same lotion last year, which no problems..

No, it is the heat....extreme temps do that...really hot or really cold...

he gets the same patches...a few on his leg and one on the inside of his arm...I have cream for it and he normally goes away w/in 24 hrs, but then comes back when the sun hits it.....endless cycle....
