Vicki's behavior is starting to make Shannon look sane. She's all over the place.
She sits there and says the missed the mark with casting Meghan but I didn't realize the show has turned into Unreal Grandmas of the OC. As much as Meghan looks ridiculous with her behavior, Vicki looks equally as bad because she is older and still acting like a child. I really want Andy to throw it at Vicki but he won't.

I want to see how mad Heather gets at Tamra for her fake call in on their shopping show.

There's another instance of Vicki being a hypocrite this season that's been bugging me. Bravo asked her about airing the scene when she found out her mom died. She was on WWHL and I can't remember her exact words, but it was along the lines of "I signed up to be on a reality show and this is my reality. I can't just pick and chose which parts of my life to air". Remember how Brianna text her and asked her to call on a landline? That seemed obvious to me that Briana knew her mom was filming that night and was trying to keep it private. But it was Vicki's choice that it was aired on the show.

Then a couple of weeks ago, when Vicki was in Oklahoma and Briana was talking about staying in a hotel because of Brooks, what did Vicki do? Told Briana she couldn't believe Briana would say those things "on camera" and Vicki even called out the cameraman by name telling him to leave the room.

That's because Vicki thinks she can make up her own rules. I'm sooooo sick of her and these ladies being afraid of her. I'm not he biggest Megan fan but good for her for standing up to her and not backing down. I'm really surprised that her business is still afloat. I wouldn't do business with her. She's nuts!!!

I agree, certainly with the huge house Vicki has Briana can stay there comfortably. However, Briana is a nurse and I can see her point that she doesn't want to kick a cancer patient out of his house, forcing him to a hotel where there are strange germs and whatever. That's all Bri was trying to say to Vicki. Vicki has so much guilt over choosing Brooks. It's very strange. Maybe she made some type of deal with him? Like he has something over her or something.

I think Briana has every right to decide where she wants to stay when she visits. She should be where she is most comfortable with her family.

I also read somewhere (maybe Tamara said it), residents of Orange County don't like the ugly cell phone towers in their neighborhoods so the coverage is bad there. I never venture that way, so couldn't say if this is true or not. I don't see Vicki having a problem telling production that she isn't putting her cell on speaker so tend to believe the landline/bad cell coverage. I can't make a call at all inside my son's house and my phone doesn't ring when I'm there babysitting.

I agree. There's no doubt Vicki is a hypocrite in several instances, and this is just one example. Not sure I'm buying the lack of cell coverage. Not only were the others using cell phones, but I would think it wouldn't fly for long if cell coverage was crappy all over the OC. Not with the way those people are. Here in the wealthy areas of upstate NY, the cell towers are constructed to look like pine trees and placed in wooded areas so they blend in. There's ways around the standard ugly cell towers.

I think it's more likely that Brianna wanted to get Vicky to a landline to protect the privacy of their family during a difficult time, because Brianna didn't want to deal with it on camera. Brianna seems more level headed and being that she's not a full time cast member, I could see her wanting to talk to her mom privately about it.

I'm sorry, but maybe I'm missing something. What does a cell phone vs landline have to do with having it air on the show or not? Either way, they could tape what Vicki is saying, and either way she could the speaker phone on to pick up both of them.

I'm fairly sure I've read several times that Bravo requires the cast to put their cell calls on speaker while filming.
I haven't read any requirement like that for land lines.

Yes, I was thinking Bravo gives them the cell phone with the stipulation that they be put on speaker when talking. Probably in the contract. They probably can't dictate what they do on a land line since it is owned and paid for by the homeowner.

I've heard it's not, but I'll wait and see how it plays out. It's hard to believe Vicki would jeopardize her business, over a fake storyline. I'm not sure, what Brooks has to gain by lying.

It's beyond bizarre. He wants support, but doesn't ask someone like Terry to read through the supposed proof.

If Brooks was truly bothered by all the negative attention, he'd call Terry. He'd give Terry access to his records.
But, instead he calls Dr. Tamra, and has her attempt to read the "proof". Sheesh. It's a train wreck.
