Congrats on WW Dani! I'm new to WW, this is my third week. I'm still trying to understand the points system! Are you doing WW at a centre near you, or online? I have 4 weeks of coupons left, I am struggling with whether or noti want to stay after they are done or not....or move to online WW. I was a little bummed at my weigh in because I maintained this week at 203.5.....BUT
Surprise, surprise, stepped on the scale this morning.....and DOWN to 201.5!!!!! that was a shock.....don't understand how I can be down 2 lbs in 2 days, but perhaps I was retaining a lot of water due to the end of my friend Flo visiting,

or something else.....whatever it was, I'll take it and hope it keeps going down! I know I'll have to add in exercise soon......,but I HATE exercise!

however, I do want to start a walking program because I don't want to be so sore in Disney with all the walking
Linda: mmmm, southwest ranch chips! My downfall is chips....I love savory chips over anything sweet.....sometimes I just crave chips, and it's a hard one for me to say no too! I find it better if I just put some in a small cereal bowl, savor them and then put away the bag.....otherwise I'll be through the bag in a sitting with my mindless eating!

chips are definitely my one favourite bad for me food!
