First, Chelsea says thank you for all the birthday wishes! She thought that was very cool! She had a great birthday -- we spent it with all the extended family, and she is going to have a slumber party soon!

First, happy 11th birthday Chelsea. July birthdays are the best But maybe I'm partial.

Chelsea loves posing for pictures!!! That pic with Bo is hilarious.
Jackie, I don't think you should be concerned about Bo. He has more personality that a lot of the men I've dated.

I'm happy to see I'm not the only person who stays away from ToT.

What's the purpose of the HSM show?? Being that I have nephews and teach kindergarten, I have no clue what the hoopla is all about.

It was June hot -- not as bad as it could have been.

The HSM show is just a lot of singing and dancing in front of the sorcerer's hat -- I think they do it once every hour because I swear everytime we walked by the hat they were doing it!

The Bo story and pic are hilarious! And the keychain story too...the pool keys have a new keychain!

Yep, luckily I really liked that key chain so I figured it would be perfect for our pool keys!

Too bad about ToT, I was soo scared to ride it but forced myself and even though it scared the bejesus out of me, I loved it! maybe next time give it another try?

It's a rare occurrence for one of the four of us not to be making some goofy face!

Connor and I have a "next-time-we'll-ride-it" list going -- Tower of Terror is definitely on it.

Unfortunately none was filmed here in Cincinnati. I want to take Hannah, but it might not happen until it comes on DVD. (not to end to sitting that long right now).
I am so jealous of all her dolls... they are so beautiful and I love the stories with the dolls!

Onto your report...once again Chelsea cracks me up in the pictures.... she is too pretty!

I am still really enjoying your updates! I can't believe Connor is THAT strong willed that he wouldn't even do the ride! I would have been so livid at my child by that point! But of course, it sounds like it just wasn't his day with the spilling of the lemonade and all.

Don't be worried about Chelsea and Bob. Much better than my Katie and her boyfriend. He's a good boy, but he's worrisome to a certain agree. On second thought, at least she won't get splinters from her boyfriend!

Also--Congrats to you and Charles on being together for 15 years!!! Tom and I celebrated our 15 year mark (of being together) back in February--he actually did something very sweet--he took me back to the restaurant where we had our first date and specifically reserved the table we sat at---he even took in a tablecloth, bouquet of flowers, and candles that were put on the table for our arrival! I didn't know he had it in him! Next year, we will mark being together for HALF of our LIVES!!! Unbelievable!! But he is a keeper, so I won't complain!!!! ;o)

I can totally hear him saying, "Speedy Delivery" in my head! She did have a good birthday -- she loves being the center of attention!

I will admit, I was a little worried for a minute but then I saw the picture. Does Chelsea give a reason for being drawn to him? Does she have a thing for pinocchio as well? Maybe we can have Bo attend her future Disney wedding, of course the wedding will be to a much less wooden man.

I love that picture of her -- but my favorite one (and it's a silly one like Connor's) comes up in the next update. It's a Photopass so the scanned quality won't be as good!

The story of Chelsea and her "main man" is way too funny!

My husband is also superstitious of the number 13. We got married last October and one of the dates we were considering was October 13. He ultimately said no to that date because "at some point our anniversary would be on Friday the 13th".

If the 13th had been a possible wedding date for us, I would have found out about Charles's aversion before now -- I am still surprised that it has never come up before!

Jackie, you had me cracking up (well, swallowing my snorts and giggles since I'm at work and am therefore ostensibly working) through this entire installment! First, with the HSM "young adults pretending to be high schoolers" stuff, then with your concern over Chelsea and Bo, and again with Charles' newly revealed fear of the number 13! Wonderful installment!

Santa brings my girls AG dolls too. Between the 2 they have Felicity, Elizabeth, Jess, Kaya, and Julie. They want another for this Christmas. Kit was wonderful.

ToT is a lonesome ride for me as I always do it by myself!! But I LOVE that feeling, as long as I know it will stop.

A middle schooler! ACK! I about died when Kyle started middle school... now I look at him and he's TALLER than me. Sob.

I'm on the fence about Tower of Terror... on one hand I want to see the interior and experience it all, but on the other hand I am NOT looking forward to that drop! (Or DROPS!)

He won't eat onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, pickles, or olives. However, he does not mind the "taste" of onions or tomatoes and will eat pickle relish. He's so weird!

Unfortunately, I love onions, too, with dire results. I had onions on a burger on Tuesday while we were out shopping and was miserable the rest of the day. You would think I would learn. I have no willpower!

My friend and I went to an arcade after lunch so her 3.5 year old daughter could play some games. The place was filled with preteens making out with each other. I couldn't handle a school filled with that
