The Prisoner of Azkaban RP

OOC: Quote of the day:

"I was unfortunate enough in my youth to come across a vomit-flavored oven and since then I have rather lost my liking for them. But I think I could be safe with a nice toffee. ...Hmm, alas, earwax."

-Dumbledore

OOC: Quote of the day:

On this day we take part in joy for the journey and despair for our losses. In history, on May 2nd, 1998, a swarm of death eaters attacked Hogwarts school and flew into a full-fledged battle. Over fifty were killed; however, many survived. We shall now take part in the memorial for those who were brave enough to fight, but lost their battle:
FRED WEASLEY
NYMPHADORA TONKS - Bellatrix Lestrange
REMUS LUPIN - Dolohov
COLLIN CREEVEY
LAVENDER BROWN
SEVERUS SNAPE
-a number of unnamed students and Order members, all of which made a significant addition to this number.

(Totally just made a speech out of that, lol.)

Your quote:

"It was, he thought, the difference between being dragged into the arena to face a battle to the death and walking into the arena with your head held high. Some people, perhaps, would say that there was little to choose between the two ways, but Dumbledore knew — and so do I, thought Harry, with a rush of fierce pride, and so did my parents — that there was all the difference in the world."
— J. K. Rowling

OOC: That was so sad.

OOC: I loved that last quote.
Sorry I haven't been on, I've been busy with other RPs *facepalm* Could someone tell me what happening?

OOC: Hey! We're creeping along very slowly on here. We're finished with classes for day one. A few characters have gotten together, I think, as well.

OOC: ok
I'll start posting after school

OOC: Wise and beautiful words, Anney

Esmire and Pierson: They dumped new potions into the silver goblets at the Gryffindor table. Unlike Fred and George, this would heal students of acne rather than cause any havoc.

OOC: I have such big plans for my characters, you guys just have no idea.

Roxie: She walked into the great hall, her hand intertwined with Ezra's.

Carson: He snuck into the great hall and sat away from the other Slytherins.

Amelia: She saw Carson sitting alone and went over to him.
