I was on Pottermore the other day, refreshing on the Dursleys' backgrounds, and WHAM! Something smacks me in the head (metaphorically). Rowling picked the name Petunia because she just found it dreadful.

Like, seriously? The flower pattern and the meaning unintentionally?
She took genius to a whole new level.

Oliver: He stood in the field, looking over the new recruits and the older players. "Alright. Welcome to quidditch tryouts. As some of you know, my name is Oliver Wood, I'm the captain, a seeker. I'm assuming all of you know how to play quidditch. If you do not, see me, and I will give you private lessons. For tryouts, you will perform some skills specific to the position you would like. Okay?"

Darren: "Of corse I'm having fun! I have a beautiful girlfriend and the quidditch season is starting!"

Kairi: She smiled. "World's complete, huh?"

Lark: She headed out to the Quidditch pitch, watching Kairi, amused.
