I loved staying at pop!! Its such a kid friendly place..but also great for young adults..when i plan my next trip we'll most likely end up at pop!!

Oh my the Pop sign looks just awful!! I will seriously be sad if it looks like that when I get there! Are these pics current? How could they let it get this bad?!!

Occasionally they sand down the signs and icons and repaint them. I'd be willing to bet that's what is happening. I've been there when they were doing it to the yo-yo's. It looks bad for a day or two and then it looks brand new.

This is from sanding getting ready to repaint. Pop is always in good condition. It's not unusual to see some of the resort icons being repainted during a visit, as EpcotBill says above.

Oh good! Well I can handle a refurb any day. Much better than letting my beloved Pop fall to ruins !
