A rival for my fav World Showcase Show. I'll have to make time for both!

Serveur Amusant is our favorite WS show, too! I know I could never balance on even one chair lol so kudos to the performers in Canada, but I don't think they'll be able to take first place in my book :) We'll definitely try to catch them in November though (if they're still there...........)

I watched this new show via Periscope. It's horrible. No doubt it will be gone quickly.

We watched this on Monday midday. I am not sure if they did a shortened version because it was so hot but it wasn't the normal show and both actors/performers seemed out of sorts. Everyone seemed a little confused when it ended. Probably half as long as normal. I can't imagine trying to climb and balance in that heat so I am thinking that's what it was.

Yes,they often do shortened shows in the Summer due to heat.:)

Ditto - we watched it this past week and the acrobatic guy didn't do all his normal stuff. But the waiter guy was a lot funnier than in the past - added about three minutes of new material from last year.

A poor man's serveur amusant, indeed. Let's compare the above to this:

Can we just bring back Off Kilter already?

Thinking back a few years, was there an earlier version of Server Amusant in which instead of being dressed like a waiter, he was dressed like a regular guest, waiting in the crowd, and got "chosen" to participate? I definitely remember something like that at Epcot, where an apparently regular guest suddenly begins to do balancing tricks. (*not* thinking of the Indy Stunt Show - this was definitely a guy who did hand balancing)

Yes, he was always dressed like a tourist in cargo shorts and a baseball cap. The first time we saw it, he did a good job being a tourist. It was very amusing.
