No, they are left in a storage room. When you get into your room you call for them, and they deliver them. I had this happen with flowers from the Disney Florist, a Fed Ex package, etc. It can take up to a few hours, depending on how busy they are.
With the Fed Ex package they said it was too busy to leave it at the front desk, it would get lost in the shuffle.
Once when we arrived late in the evening, they couldn't bring the flowers until the next day as they were locked up in the storage room, which apparantly is run by housekeeping who had gone home.

). since i'm she's gonna be in the room all morning getting ready, do you think that the lei makers in the lobby would be able to help me make one for her? my fiance's already said she'd like to wear one to fit in with the theme (we're even gonna try to get the male ukelele player from 'ohana to play instead of the violin they give you with the package, permitting the wedding department, and the guy is up for it).

We're going to the Poly for the first time in October!
