The Plaza at MK

What do you think about the Plaza Restaurant at the MK? It's the only place I could find that served PB&J in the MK. I know I could just get his meal there and get the adults somewhere else but it would be more convenient to all eat together.

We are on the dining plan and my DS5 is very picky. He will eat PB&J and chicken nuggets(McDonald's nuggets only). He sometimes will eat macaroni and cheese if it is the "right" kind.

My DS 1 1/2 will eat a lot of anything. I figure he will be eating most of the kid's meals, but I would like a couple of places my DS(5) will eat.

My entire family likes this restaurant. Very pleasant atmosphere and delicious, fresh sandwiches and salads. The bonus for your picky eater is that if he likes ice cream...this place has GREAT ice cream desserts and shakes as well.

Oh Yes! The picky eater loves ice cream. Of course I'm allergic to dairy. Go figure.

I think I may have to name my DS5 Picky Eater for our Trip/Dining Report.

One of our favorites. Sandwiches are huge - plenty to share. We like the Rueben and the Chicken with frys, and good milk shakes.

OK.. well here I am as the dissenting vote for this restaurant. We thought it was noisey and the tables were so close to each other. The service was not good and the food mediocre at best....but I know people love it there so was it just a bad day for the Plaza???

We enjoyed it. Both DH and I had the reuben & the boys had grilled cheese, I think? The ice cream is really delicious....perfect to bribe your picky eater with (trust me on this) ! I didn't think it was overly noisy, but it was a bit crowded (close tables). We were just happy to get indoors....the day we went to MK (late Feb.) it was cold & windy!

We all enjoyed the Plaza. The food tastes great & is very fresh. I had a salad there with strawberries in it - really good! Kids & adults were all very happy with their choices there!

I brought along a PB and J sandwich in a ziploc for my DD a few years ago. I bought the bread, PB and J from the food court that morning and made it myself. She ate that and some of our stuff from a counter service. You might want to do that on another one of your days.
