How is it going? Bleech....

Well we emptied the 2 storage units. YEA!

We have set up our bedroom, the fridge, and the dining table.

My stuff has been in storage for 6 months and I have to clean every square inch of everything. UGH...very time consuming.

Target date for being out of this apartment is Oct 10.

Things are going well here....although we are still up to our a..ears in boxes. The unpacking is going slowly, as we have been working hard at work since out move and are just exhausted when we come home. i try to do 3 boxes each night. This weekend will give us lots of time and we intend to make good use of the time.

Storage is my biggest battle right now. Our friends worked a miracle in our front closet...which is opposite the kitchen and just looks like a pantry and installed some metal shelving that fits perfectly. Thanks to them I have a huge pantry now....and am using every space.

In the bedroom we put one of the bigger dressers inside the huge closet, and it works really well. We are looking for more shelving and my dad is making me several bookcases and a mantle for the fireplace.

So, it is all moving right along. No pun intended.

This is our packing weekend.....yuck. We move into a hotel for at least a two week stay on Monday, as our new house is a little behind in schedule, but we have to be out for all of the renovation to our current home to take place.We really want to get to market ASAP.
