The ORIGINAL POP Fridge swap-Closing after 5+ years!!

I run another swap on disboards and I went to Pop luggage services to look for my fridge and ended up finding both of our fridges. I was so excited about finding them!!!

I'm here. Sorry. I'm going to call POP right now and see if the fridge is still there. I will give them the next person's name to put on the fridge (have to check the list) and then get us back on track.

We are back on track. But I now I need to get some swappers! I don't have any until May 7th. If you are on the list please reconfirm with me that you still want/need it.

I won't be taking any names right now for late Sept./early-mid Oct. Saving the possibility for me. (see first post)

Aug. 14-23

Sorry for the confusion. Yes the fridge has been found. Officially as of today. Sorry but since the fridge went missing over 3-1/2 months ago I have stopped monitoring this thread daily.

Also sorry to say that your dates fall within my own DSis' trip so your dates aren't open on this one. I hope you find another one available.

what is this

This is a thread for families to use my fridge that was purchased back in August 2006 by myself and about 9 other families. Those first 10 or so families paid for the fridge and I have been running this share since it started. Families use the fridge (and whatever is inc. with-toaster, coffee maker, etc. varies from time to time) and then pass it on to the next family. There is no cost to join. The fridge was paid for years ago.

I last used the fridge in Oct. 2010 (for the 5th time) and on 11/28/10 the fridge went MIA. I just verified today that the fridge has indeed been found and is now back in play.

Since this share was in limbo for almost 4 months I am now scrambling to re-verify those whose names are still on my list as well as fill up the gaps I currently have. I really need to get some swappers over the next month or so to keep things going.

If you are planning a trip to POP this year, check the list on page one and see if your dates are currently open. If they are, send me a PM to request them.

That's pretty much it-I have a fridge that I am sharing with other families to use while at POP.

Wow! I am surprised they found the fridge after all this time! Am I still being considered for May 28th - June 8th? I asked to be backup for the other person back on Sept. 16, 2010 (post 709) in this thread and you confirmed it in the following post. Our dates have actually shifted a little and we arrive on the 27th now (still staying until June 8th). Please let me know either way.
