Congratulations on the promotion, Nicole! I'm sure you'll do great. I'm so proud of you!!
Lyzzie is off at a Girl Scout campout this weekend. She had a GS meeting after school today, and then her school held their annual carnival where I saw her for about 10 minutes in between her running around with her friends, and then it was off to the campout. She will be home on Sunday. Since I worked for the last 2 nights at TDS, I have barely seen her (except for a few minutes in the mornings) since Tuesday. I miss that girl! I'm sure she is having a great time. She is really looking forward to doing some archery if the the rain holds off.
Emma had a great time at the school carnival. She won a cakewalk and a 2-liter of soda, along with various trinket prizes. She kept saying, "My feet are killing me!" and after about the 3rd time, followed it with, "What does that mean anyway?"

That kid is too much!
Amber -- it sounds like Spencer is really enjoying himself! I hope you find a nice sand table. I'm betting he'll still love to dig in the dirt though. Maybe you can get him to help with some gardening? I can't believe he is running around already - how time flies!!
Ashley -- oh I hear ya about the health issues. Just don't do any Google diagnosis!!

I have gone to the dr. for swelling in my legs & feet before, they don't really take it very seriously. All they did was give me a diuretic, which I hated because it had me peeing every 20 minutes and I still had swollen feet.

I've been seriously puffy lately too, but I'm trying not to worry about it. I have been stressed and am not eating regularly, plus have been indulging in a bit of Easter candy.

I'm sure we will both be fine!
Anyone have any interesting weekend plans? We have none at all. Hopefully the weather will stay nice (I have my windows open right now!), it's supposed to rain all next week.

I will probably stay home with Emma most of the weekend.
I don't remember if I mentioned it, but I sprained my ankle pretty bad the other night on my way to work at TDS -- stepped in a hole in the parking lot -- and it feels mostly better but still has some shooting pain if I step just wrong and it keeps trying to retwist so I'm trying to take it easy. Between that and my swollen feet, I can barely fit into any of my shoes! It's a good excuse to have a lazy weekend, right?
