No, we decided that they didn't want to sell the house because even after they got home they still weren't returning the realtors calls.

Hope this one comes through for you and Fran.

Evidently she didn't like this house because the closets already had the custom shelving and stuff. She wants to design it, not take what someone else has already. I would have been thrilled to have closets like this house had! Now she tells me we can design our own. Ever since we have been together she has told me that closet systems were too expensive, so I was so happy to see a place with them already. Ugh We're going to end up throwing out these tenants, remodeling 1st street which will take 2-3 years and spend twice as much as we want to and completely run out of money.

No I don't bring that kind of stuff up because I have no idea how her fuzzy math works! Besides she is on so much morphine, I try not to bring up anything! All she wants to do is buy stuff! We bought another ancient car that we have no use for, I guess that's OK since we just found out there is no way we can EVER register that other car in CA EVER, no matter what. So we have to sell it out of state. Not sure how we're going to do THAT. Yippie!

She keeps asking me if it's OK if she offers X, Y for a Z because we have to sell the other car. I'm thinking, how about we sell that other car (if there is a chance in hell that we can) before we talk about another car.

This is getting totally out of control!
