I have been on the Disboard for over four years but it hasn't let me post for over a year- I think AOL or cookie issues or something. So I took someone else's advise and used a different email account and here I am.
I have lots of reasons to need to lose weight and to want to get healthy- and am looking forward to having the old Bonnie back for whom food was not so important.
 
:mickeybar i have made it through the week- now 9 days with the husband home- hopefully they will be nine good days.
I didn't cheat-yet. Am trying to remember that food is fuel- my body a machine. Short term goals- 15 lbs off and i will feel healthier, 20 more and i will be able to start fitting into 'normal' size clothes- 25 more and i should be fitting in anything i want- that is my first big goal- going into any store and being able to buy something that will fit.
DO YA WANT TO EAT WHAT EVER YOU WANT OR WEAR WHAT EVER YOU WANT?
 
Yesterday was a ggod day- still no cheating, knees feel better- no bloated feeling.
Today is the wedding shower- have planned that as my lunch time- am hoping for some kind of little sandwiches, vegis or fruit and diet soda- am still feeling dizzy some in the middle of the night- hopefully thats about over.
