I know the challenge probably finished yesterday but I ended mine today- I am so excited and ENCOURAGED by these challenges- they seem to hit just when I need them. I walked 4 miles Friday, 6 miles Saturday, 4 miles Sunday, supposed to rest Monday but had a 2 mile walk after dinner, YMCA for 1.5 hours Tuesday, 4 miles Wednesday, rest Thursday and completed my 4 mile walk this morning- and TOM hit this week (bad cramps Thursday so I made up my walk for yesterday today- hope that's okay!)- can you tell I've got marathon on the brain????
I'm hoping my speed will increase as my size decreases- it's hard to move at a 4.0 clip with 67 extra pounds on ya! But one clip that I can hang with is the new CLIPPIE!!!
