Update for my fellow space geeks! The Space Shuttle flight scheduled in October has had a change in it's plans for launch. The newly updated launch date is now the 23rd. If it does go up then, it should return on 11/05.

PS. Personally, I am hoping that they hold off on the launch until the 27th, when I can see it up close from Cocoa Beach!

We have also had a change of resort due to savings, The Gribben Gathering will now be staying at All Star Music. Definitely not my favorite but the savings was too much to pass up!

DH, DD, her DH & I will be there October 22-28. We had to cancel our September trip and rebook for October. It's OK though because now the Food and Wine Festival will be all the days of our trip and not just the last 2 days. Also, we have 3 opportunities to possibly get tickets to MNSSHP. This will be DD's 2nd trip to WDW ( she went in 8th grade with the band and is now 33) & her DH's 1st trip. Can't wait to show them the World as we know it.
We will be staying at ASMusic Family Suite.

I found this posted elsewhere and would give it a little more press here.

My DH came to me last night saying that he wants to go on one of the Disney two-hour bass fishing excursions out of DTD on either Tuesday, October 16th or Thursday, October 18th at 7am or 10am.

Well I called today and it is $235 for up to FIVE people. Well he would be alone and I hate to spend that much for him. I mentioned that I could see if anyone on here would be interested in going to help get the cost down for everyone. Heck I would be fine with two people at $117.50 each.

If you, your family, your DH would be interested please PM me, we are flexible on either of those dates. We would do it as a family, but I think that my DH would get more enjoyment out of it without our 2 and 5 year old daughters.

I have 7 spots available for the Wishes Cruise on October 8th leaving the Grand Floridian. Cost is $27.50 person if all spots fill up. This boat has the music piped in and has snack and soda/water available on board. PM me is interested.

We still have room for 3 people on our Illuminations Cruise on October 18th. PM me if you're interested. We'll be enjoying snacks, beverages and a birthday cake during our cruise!

I sort of wish that we could join you, but we have plans to be at Epcot that night.....it's my birthday and we are dining at R&C. I hope to be spoiled with a seat outside for a great view of IllumiNations!
