The Official Who Booked What/Where/When FREE DDP

Called at 6:59, on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes. ASMovies only had preferred for my dates, so I took a standard room at ASMusic for 9/4 to 9/14

Our third year of FREE DINING!! I already made our ADRs last month so I am ready to go!!!

After 75 minutes on hold.......finally got All Star Movies for 9/20 to 9/25. Made all of my ADRS after I booked my room.. I was able to get everything I asked for. The Fantasmic Pkg at Moma Meleroses only has 3:30pm available on 9/24 but that's still OK with me. I won't complain...it's still Free Dining!!!! The nice CM on the phone said that he doesn't think there will be alot a rooms available for free dining after tomorrow, esp. at the Value Resorts. He said the ROOMS ARE GOING FAST!!!!!

* We originally booked the Poly back in Jan which is normally where we love to stay..unfortunately we hit some financial 'bumps' this year...we were hoping to be further along our recovery plan by this time..but we have realized debt is like weight..you can accumulate it quickly but it takes twice as long to get rid of it.. anyway..decided a deluxe isn't in our budget so we changed to CSR last week. Our 4 year old is autistic and the bus service is critical to our vacation now that we had to give up our monorail Through our research it seemed CSR was the best moderate for as far as that went.
We called this morning and it was sold out for our dates so we grabbed POFQ. After we hung up we had a panic attack and buyers remorse...thinking now we would have to rent a car..or pay for an upgrade.
My DH called back and we pushed our dates back 1 week and were able to get exactly what we wanted!
so... CSR 9/12-9/19! yippeee!
He called dining right after he hung up and we were able to get the all our adr's for the exact same time for our new dates!
Thank goodness this is done..! now I have to go make a new 'itinerary page' for my scrapbook!

I was on hold for over 90 min. but was able to add fd to my exsisting ressies-we booked 2 adjoining rms at POP for 9/16-9/22. We already had our ADR's made.

I called this morning at 8:30am and was on the phone with a CM in under 2 minutes!!! No lie!!! She asked me how long I had to hold for and when I told her she about fell off her chair. I think the key is....I agreed to take the 3 minute survey at the end of the call. Maybe that got me thru quicker. Anyway.... book AKL Savannah view for Sept. 4-10!!!

Called right at 7 this morning, kept getting to prompt on survey and then...dead silence. So finally got through to hold music at 7:05....holding...held for over an hour!! Finally at 8:25 got a CM and booked two connecting rooms for 9/19 - 9/23. Pop was sold out , couldn't get ASMo either . So we ended up with 2 rooms at AS Sports. Oh well, this will be our first trip with free dining, so we are thankful just to get the rooms!!

Just put on hold Sep 17-23 at All Star Sports. Now just have to do dining reservations. This will be our 3rd year getting the free dining!

aug 29 to sept 5 music values family of 4 2 adults 2 teens i have passes
so we bought a 1 day non hopper (we have already) and of course free dining for $1151.00

WL ctyd + bunk (lowest room category available ) for 2 ad + infant, 9/4 -9/9. DU called me before 10am CST with the news. Thanks Bob!

I'm a little disappointed. That room upgrade cost us $400 more than a std. room.

I tried online myself, making the dates flexible, and they have woods view if we change our dates. Would save $200.

I will start. Already didn't have Movies for my dates, so I guess it didn't start fresh today. Guess I will get that Disney Visa sometime this year! I am still happy, got Music 9-22 to 9-29!!!! Free Dining! The guy told me I beat the rush, and he picked up at 715 for me!

so true...no new rooms for non Visa holders. I figured I'd check to see if they opened up pool view rooms at AkL, since I booked on Mon. and I could only get standard or savannah, and as of today they didn't even have standard anymore, only savannah left. I'm glad I did standard, saved $800, I'll hope for an upgrade when I get there, I usually get one to the next level....I guess that'll be pool view for us. We get to see the animals all over the resort anyhow.
Oh....I forgot to mention i already hadd ressie w/pool view/bunk beds, but had to change to Standard, but saved me $400 more. I had already made my ADR's about 3 weeks ago, so I got all those times I wanted. So now my daughter can try the pirate cruise, and maybe we'll throw in Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and I won't feel so bad spending an extra $100 for MNSSHP!

Finally got through just a little while ago. Tried to change my existing reservations at pop/preferred location. They had already booked all the rooms there that were alloted for the free dining promo. Had to switch to AS Music. My new reservations are already showing up online, but they don't reflect the free dining. I called back just to be sure and was assured that both reservations DID include free dining. Anybody else checked online to see their reservations? I just want to be sure this is completely squared away today, because my flight leaves tomorrow at 6am for our spring break mother/daughters trip to WDW.

Total time on the phone: 42 minutes and 12 seconds. I called right at 7am. I already had a standard booked at Wilderness Lodge and they were unavailable. Nothing at all available at Wilderness Lodge except concierge level. I was able to switch over to Animal Kingdom Lodge and I hope we will be happy there.....

Another example of no new rooms added for non Visa card holders, you could of gotten WL as of Tues. in most room types.

I am so happy!!

Called 1-800# at 2 minutes till 7:00 and got a very nice CM in under 10 minutes. We modified an existing ressie for 2 ad, 2kids at POFQ 9/14-9/18 and added another ressie for the inlaws in a connecting room for 9/15-9/18. They really want a king which couldn't be guaranteed at this time - but we will definitely check back and ask at check in too.

Nice CM also very helpful and asked if I needed any ADR's - Nope, I said, got those done last week. She said "Oooh, you're really good!"

Yep - that's me the resident Disney Dork, and proud of it!
