We are not going out...DF is on meds for a upper res infection and having a bad reaction so we'll get pizza delivered. I should eat soon...all I had all day were a couple of almonds, a few chips and 2 bay breezes...can anyone say loopy???

Tonight is "Poor Man's Chicken Parm" I had some chicken strips in the freezer--baking them topped with basil marinara sauce and some moz. cheese. Serving over some spaghetti

Honestly Minnie, I saw those pancakes and I thought how good that would be tonight. And then I remembered that Buddy hates breakfast for dinner, and he is out of the doghouse so I am not tormenting him this week, so that was out. Thinking Easter for those babies....anyway....I was going to bake for the cake walk, and then make the salmon without the maple glaze with mashed potatoes.....well I bought two cakes at Costco and then bought pizza. So much for cooking and baking......

Have you ever made the cake or cupcakes with diet soda? They are really good! I usually top them with lowfat whipped cream. The cupcakes come out to 1 point each on WW.

OMG lucas, the appetizer from Ye Olde College Inn was absolutely to die for. Thin slices of green tomato fried in a very thin but crunchy breading, served warm with plump shrimp in a cool remoulade sauce over the top of the tomatoes. Absolutely one of the best things we've had as an appetizer. We didn't even have room for the shrimp po-boy, saving that for lunch tomorrow!!!!

Yay!! I have a temporary wheel right now. It looks just like my other one, just with new tubing. My other one is "in the shop" for now. But crisis over!!

Today my husband is helping my brother move so I am going shopping with my mom and grandmother. I can't wait! I am thinking about taking them to Jason's Deli. They've never been.
