The group all dressed up. I cut up a 7 foot long table runner and pinned them for the skirts. We trimmed it to make grass skirts for the pets too. It was fun.

My SIL made the invites by cutting and pasting pictures of webkinz in a card making program she has. They were cute and said come bring your webkkinz to a luau at Anna's house. If you want I can email you the file with the info (like address and dates) off it. Just pm me with your email address. I don't know if you can reuse it, but it would give you an idea of what it looked like.

We got a lot of the party favors from oriental trading company. Each girl had a lei necklace, a set of flower bracelets (that could be warn on as a necklace). Flower clips (for both the girl and the pet.) A little box that looked like a crown with treats in it. A package of webkinz trading cards. A small drink umbrella (for the webkinz.) And a few other candies. They were in cloth bags with hibiscus on them that I fabric pained the girls names on them. Each girl got a skirt and one for her pet too.

We had a gem hunt (easter eggs with gem stickers in them) so they could make their own foam crowns of wonder.

She had 3 webkinz to start with (well one of them was mine but on her account) She now as 8, but 2 are not registered yet.

My computer crashed a few months ago and I lost a site that was like a "cheat sheet" for webkinz, does anyone remember that site it had like where to find the stones in the mine in the curio shop, I'm going for my second webkinz crown of wonder and I'm kinda stuck!

Has anyone gotten in to play Atomicolicious yet? I can get in and then when I go to find an opponent I get this message: "Your game timed out while waiting for other people to join"......I'm having withdrawals! I have not played this for three weeks!!!! What is going on?!?!

Yes! Right after school we head downtown. My friend showed me the stuff she's got planned at her store - Gem Mining (complete with slag), Wheel of Wow and a W-Shop coupon machine. The kids are so excited. We don't expect it to be too crowded - just all the local kids. Can't wait!

I will go as soon as DH gets back home. I thought the store opened at 10 am (CT) but they opened at 9 am. I really hope they have plenty of the free Webkinz that they are giving with a $10 purchase.

My Hallmark gave us a card good for a free Webkinz (from a limited choice) with a $10 purchase. I may take DD after school. That is if I don't get the urge to go myself before. The store said they aren't doing too much other than that.

Well, that was fun. We picked up the lil' mouse, panda, elephant and lil' leopard as well as a book mark and bag to get the four free. Those were the leopard, black bear, cocker spaniel and striped alley cat. From spinning the Wheel of WOW we got a mousepad.

With DD5's birthday coming up, as well as the end of the school year, we have plenty to stash away for. Not sure what we will give them tonight, but I did put the mousepad out already. Wonder how long it will take for them to notice?

I just returned from the two places that in town were celebrating Webkinz days. I got the Leopard, Black & White cat, & Golden retriever as my free animals. I also won in the jewel hunt one place was having a free pet carrier. One place is doing one free one per day during the event. So I will be returning tomorrow & sunday for 2 more. I also bought the white mouse, tye dye frog, & Lion as well.

Our store had many choices for the free one. DD8 bought a Lil Kinz Mouse and got a Pig for free. DD2 picked the tie dye frog and got the older frog for free. They also had the mini Panda, the bear, leopard, a couple dogs, and the striped cat as choices. I may go back later this weekend to see if any are left. Yeah, I'm being greedy.
