I can't get post to come up do I need to do something or is webkins working on issue/ my bear is gonna starve if I don't get some food soon

Sorry - looks like the thread was deleted.

Someone suggested logging out, clearing out your cache, and then logging back in.

I know there was one time I went to my storage room and it was EMPTY! This is the room where I store all my rares and exclusives for the gift exchange. Trying not to have a heart attack about virtual items, I logged out and back in a couple of times and it finally reappeared.

All of my stuff is gone. My garden, clothes, bed, my exclusive moped, everything. I'm so mad. I hope it isn't permanent. I tried logging out and back in several times. I also deleted my temporary files like someone suggested and it didn't help.

I am in the same boat. I cleared our temp files....nothing. How do you clear the cache?

I cleared the cache and it fixed it!!!! Woo hoo!! I guess I didn't know what a cache was when I tried earlier. I had just deleted the temp files and cookies.

Terry, you need to go to Tools-Internet Options-Content-Clear SSL Slate. I hope it works for you!

I am experiencing serious issues. When I go to Wshop to buy stuff there is nothing in the categories to pick. When I go to daily kinzcare and click the I love webkinz button I am automatically kicked out. What is going on......

The categories thing happened to me yesterday - turns out it was just hung up. I was clicking everywhere, and finally it came up, remembered all my clicks, and bam, bam, bam! All the things I had clicked on showed up one after another after another.....

LOL... I stopped in Hallmark yesterday and they had the new Duck! It's adorable.. of course I picked up two for my girls! It's the same body as the penguin, only all white!
