If you have a PC I could pm you a link to stream it off the internet that night (its usually posted by 1am PST but usually more like 11:30 PST lol
Regarding the books: I think it would be generous calling them novels, or perhaps even novellas. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Sookie Stackhouse books qualify solely as novelettes.
Dangit! I was at a conference on Sunday in another time zone and totally missed True Blood!![]()
Does anyone know if this week's episode will be repeated? If not, anywhere to look for an episode recap?
I'll miss it again in two Sundays while I'm at Disney!![]()
It also repeats at 11:30pm if you miss the original airring at 9pm. How late are you going to be out running around at Disney?![]()
Can you DVR it? Do you have ON DEMAND?? I would DIE without my DVRHow sad is that?

You might be able to get that deal if you know what your local cable company is offering and you tell DirectTV that you are contemplating leaving them. It's worked for friends of mine. They really don't want you to leave them and will do things to make you stay.We don't have a dvr. I want one really bad but it just seems so expensive to get. Of course DirectTv is offering it free to new customers, but since we're already loyal customers, we have to pay to have the box installed. Annoying.

We did that when we upgraded to HD. Think it could work twice?![]()
I concur. I called Comcast earlier this week and my promotional rate is set to expire in December. The CSR told me to call back before it expires to see what promotion is available then. They'll switch me to it before my rate goes up.DH occasionally calls Comcast to see if they will give him a better price. Our bill went down 2x in about 6 months!![]()
You can also call and ask if they have any "specials" going on. They will check for you. It doesn't hurt to ask.![]()

OMG Thank you for posting that! Was that Claudine at the end, there??![]()
This is just speculation, but do you think they could be making Jesus into one of the Fae? Maybe using him as the "Claude" character- he is gay in the books...
My sister is moving in a week and when she called her cable company about setting up her equipment at a new house, they tried to charge her $260! She told them there was no way she would pay that...they offered her $60. She told him it's ridiculous to pay $60 for some guy to move her existing modem and cable box to a new apartment. He said they'll do it for $30.![]()
Just beat that puppy into the ground!![]()
Have her tell them she'll keep the service if they do it for FREE!![]()

Isn't that ridiculous? She didn't even really have to argue, she just said the $260 was ridiculous and they immediately offered her $60 and when she said that was still absurd he was like OK $30....I wonder how many people actually pay $260?![]()
Cable these days is such a scam. I want someone to create an "a la carte" package, where I can pick any 10 channels I want for like $50 a month. I don't need 750 channels and yet they charge us $150 a month for them all. I get 3 spanish channels, a polish channel, an italian channel, a russian channel, 2 indian channels, 4 golf channels, and about 25 music channels....but I have to pay $15 a month EXTRA to have HBO??We watch Disney, Sci-Fi, Food Network, HBO, HGTV, USA, SpikeTV, and TruTV. I just don't understand why it has to be such a rip-off.
