I figured he had to do her bidding but he didn't have to look at her while he did it. Extreme, but I think Alan Ball loves to push the envelope. I bet things will just get more extreme especially with Tara and Franklin. He was a sicko in the books, so I bet he'll be worse in the show. Or Ball will really throw us for a loop and make him a saint.

When I see Franklin on the TV it almost feels like they've fused Mickey and Franklin together at times I wonder if thats the intention or me being crazy!!!

It seems like he's been gone so long but it's really only been 9 or 10 weeks on the show even though it's already Season 3...the doctor told her she was 8 or 9 weeks. So it really hasn't been that long. The show's timeline moves pretty slowly considering it's only on during the summer months!

Yes, I was trying to piece the time line all together too, after the doc said he's been pregnant for 8-9 weeks.

Season 2 started right with the dead body of that woman in the car. Then the Marianne stuff started right away. This season, Sookie was still in the restaurant about to give Bill an answer, and they just buried Eggs, so there hasn't been any break in time - - for them.

Anna Paquin will probably be 50 by the time the series ends. But Sookie will only have aged 3 years.

I think I'm doing the same thing! I forgot about Mickey being the violent enforcer. Guess it's time to go back and read that book.
