"The Official 'True Blood' Vampire Thread" ...spoilers included.

Woo hoo--great news for Eric fans!

In this week's issue of Entertainment Weekly, there was an article on True Blood. I would have provided a link but I'm not seeing the article online. From an interview with Alan Ball about season three:

"With Sookie forced into Eric's company so frequently, a new relationship is about to flourish. 'Eric and Sookie definitely have a chemistry, much to her chagrin,' reveals Ball. 'He wants her, she doesn't want him to have her but fate--and Eric--conspires in ways she cannot foresee and may have a hard time resisting.'"

:cheer2:

I wish there was a smilie that does backflips.

Woo Hoo!

I love the EW teaser!

There are a couple of articles in our local paper today about cast and filming. There are what could be considered small spoilers, but nothing major is given away.

They didn't use the same pictures online as they did in the actual paper, but in the paper there's a picture of Jason and Sookie sitting inside a truck/car, so he's back in Bon Temps by the 10th episode.

There's also a different view of the van, and you can see it's an Annubis Air van.

There were also nice HBO stock photos of Lafayette and Luke.

That was a good article thanks for posting!!!

Also, exciting to hear Alan Ball confirm that there will be more Eric and Sookie, yay!!

I really enjoyed last nights episode. Jessica saying to Bill, "you'll be sorry when I get an eating disorder" was priceless! Also enjoyed meeting Eric's maker. I'm kinda sad about Barry, had high hopes for that plot line, but I guess we'll see what happens in the future!

Darn On Demand wasn't working this morning. I'm hoping I can catch the new episode this evening!

Who was the chick at the end? Was it Lorena?

I am pretty positive the woman at the end was Lorena. It looked just like the same woman that made Bill in the first season except her hair was down in this last episode.

That is book three right? Although it isn't as if the series is following the books very closely, so I guess they will do whatever they want.

It was her. That's why they showed us her making him again in the previews...to refresh our memory.

I don't like the fact that poor Bill is going to be under Lorna's command again, it seems.

Also, what is Pam wanting Lafayette to do for Eric? That should prove interesting.

Nice touch for Marianne to be in "Gran's" clothing when Tara came home from work after all the chaos Marianne had caused .... you'd think Tara would notice the drastic fashion change, huh?

Yes, Lorena comes in during book 3. I just started book 3 today and am almost finished. LOL!

Bring on book 3... if it gets us that much closer to Eric in book 4, I'm all for it!:banana::banana:

I loved Marianne in Gran's clothes. That chick will do anything to get her way.
I wanna see what happens between Jason and the preacher's wife.. that is pretty funny!!
I agree with that. I also want to see how that other LODI guy fits into this plot.

Rats, I must have missed this. I'm going to have to rewatch the last episode--I was making dinner and watching it at the same time.

Did you notice that she was even sitting at the same place at the table and reading a book, just as Gran was when Sookie came home late in the first season? That was pretty creepy, actually, and what's up with Tara not even noticing that sexy Marianne is wearing grandma clothes? It reminded me of Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf. :rotfl:

:thumbsup2 I'm totally with you. I've just reread book 2 and am rereading book 3 now. It does seem as if they're combining the books this season. I think otherwise, they would have to bring Alcide in next season.

But, yeah, bring on Eric in book 4, please!

Rereading the books has made me realize how much more chatty Eric is in the books.

It was her. That's why they showed us her making him again in the previews...to refresh our memory.

OMG- I was wondering why they showed that again- I did not even pick up it was her!!!!:headache: I wonder what kind of trouble she is going to cause??

Was this in the books??

That woman is a nutjob! Tara is such a sucker. I hope now that Sookie seems a bit more assertive, she will kick her butt out of the house!

It was really creepy how she had Gran's clothes on:rotfl2:

The whole Maryann thing is just boring me.

.

It was not actually in this weeks episode- it was a preview for next week. You did not miss much- it was just a quick clip of Pam talking to Lafayette saying that Eric needed a favor. Lafayette looked a bit scared.:rotfl2:

I like where the Jason thing might be going- with Sookie infiltrating! I kind of like the other vampires idea- just go in and suck them all dry:rotfl2:

Is it me- or is anyone getting tired of Bill always looking like a sad puppy dog when Sookie does not listen to him? He always has those darn sad eyes. He does not look very "vampire like" when he does that. I like my vampires to tell thier women how it is going to be!:snooty:

Lorena shows up in Book 3 although it isn't playing out the same way as in the books so it's anyone's guess where this is headed.

Oh, thanks! I don't know if the On Demand shows the previews or if I just turn the channel too quickly.

I find Bill very boring.

more so than boring me, it just annoys me...I wish they would just wrap up the Maryann storyline already...since I have to watch True Blood on demand...I keep getting tempted to just fast forward through her parts because I dislike that storyline so much!
