We are currently booked at BCV 1BR 10/25-11/4....on a whim, I called this morning to see about staying in a studio from 10/25-10/28 to save a few points and check out the new digs. They only had a studio for the 26 and 27, so I kept what I have at BCV and went on the auto waitlist if a studio opens up. No great loss if it doesn't happen, but something new if it does!

I got through and then was told that one day wasn't left Nov. 29th. So I changed to Nov. 5th -12th and they said it was open. Then while we were booking the 2bedroom was taken by someone else. I am so angry. My rep was very impersonable and basically was like sorry I'm just going to put your other reservation back. He was in a very big hurry to get me off the phone. I guess it just wasn't meant to be. He also said I could waitlist for the one day, but it would probably not come through. Great!!! I hope everyone else had better luck.

We're doing the same thing, Dec 1 as one night before our cruise on Dec 2.

I was able to choose between standard studio and savanna and then between dedicated (which I took) and lock off.

I'm already an owner though and already have our trip next March booked using the AKV points. Yay!

cancelled our 4 day inside on the Wonder & booked an extended balcony for a week on a western cruise (Legend) and still had money left over . Least this way i'll get some Disney magic to tide me over.

The cost of a 7 day western cruise was less than a 4 night bahamas cruise? We're on the 4 night cruise starting 12/2.

I went outside at 8:53 to tend to some plants. After a few minutes, I thought I should check the clock--it was 9 AM!! I could not get through on the usual MS #, so I finally gave up and called on the 407. I was on hold for about 10 minutes, but got a savannah view studio for Sept 10-17!! I've never stayed at the AKL, so I am very excited about this!

I finally got through at 9:40 held on until 9:51 and at 9:58 was done. I got in for Aug 28 to Sept 5 standard view - went on wait list for savanah view

Now I can back to work

Started calling at 9:30 due to the fact that when I was checking to make sure I had my Member card on me this morning I found that my license was missing.

After finding it and coming into work, I discovered that my phone can't redial to outside lines.

So I kept hammering out the 407 number over and over again, finally got through 20 minutes after I started (I took 1 or 2 finger breaks), was then on hold for almost exactly 10 minutes (I have a little timer on the work phone).

Already had OKW Oct 6-13, wanted to try to split stay it (conserve points, haven't ever been to OKW - but I know I love the AKL), and I got Oct 9-13 Savannah View Studio!

Oct 7 was unavailable and she asked if I wanted to waitlist, but I'd rather do the split stay.

So happy now!

After dialing both numbers for about 10 minutes I got through on the 407 number. I was on hold for maybe 8 minutes and got a terrific CM named Abigail. Although she didn't have what I wanted, she did have some standard views and I could tell she wanted to snap them right up before they disappeared! She was great, but it does seem that they are nervous about things disappearing while they are trying to book them, so if they find something for you don't even take a breath - Just say YES!

Guess I will be watching the 7 month calendar now for my next choice of dates!

was on hold 1 hour on my cell, 800 #. then hung up after an hour of prime minutes. kept trying couldn't get through on 407 kept saying can't complete then hung up kept trying both #'s .got through on 407 on free house phone. held 12 minutes everything I asked for was gone.finally got SV for dec 10 .I asked for NYE and dec 4, and oct 21 all gone 4 nights waitlist for dec 9

Same with me on hold on my land line for 1 hour and then tried cell got right through and all my dates were gone too but I did get my waitlist to come through for new years eve so I am happy with that...I'll just have to wait until Spring Break to stay at AKV.

Whole call including hold took about 22 minutes on the 407 line.

I got through right at 9:00...was on hold for about 5 minutes. I switched from SSR to AKV 2BR SV for 11/10-11/13. We are now split between AKV and BCV for the week. We are stoked!!!
